Stayed here for 4 nights while passing through on our Honeymoon. Great location, walking distance to Broadway street, but far enough away to be a quiet area. Substantial breakfast provided. Very comfortable hotel. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The suite was very comfortable and felt like home. Great to have a washer and drier plus a full size refrigerator and freezer. We used them. Central location on 5th meant we could walk to virtually everything.

The hotel had two beds, a desk (so I can do some school work), a restaurant and gym... which I didn't get to use due to time constraints.

There was some "red" spots in the shower and on the ceiling. And the door seemed to be frayed or have some water damage on the bottom. The bathroom door also swung really close to the toilet. Seemed to be a small room.

We were very pleased with our stay at Clifty Inn. I grew up in Madison, so I never had the chance to stay there, but it was very enjoyable!

As a person paying for a family, I wish there was a bit of a discount at the restaurant when you are a guest at the hotel.

The location was great. The bed was comfortable and we didn't mind that the room was cleaned every second day.

The elevators were a punish. There was one of three closed for repairs from March and 2 elevators for 24 floors was not enough. It meant we took the stair more often that we liked. There is no fridge in your room, which we expected in a hotel in New York. No stands to put your suit cases on either. Breakfast was included but it was so busy that you could not get your hands on quite a number of items. We ended up not going at all and purchasing food.

Very spacious for 2 people. Good facilities Asked for kettle and saucepan which were provided quickly.

The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly - floor not hoovered at all during 2 full cleans, shower gel container empty but replaced quickly, bathroom basins not wiped down during cleans. Felt like all that was done was a new bale of towels and the trash bag replaced.
