For sure the most beautiful hotel we stayed in Vietnam! Even though it was extremely cheap it has exceeded our expectations. As soon as we arrived and checked in they let us borrow some bikes to go exploring the rice fields nearby at sunset and it was an amazing experience! The pool they have is great especially if you arrive there after a long day trip in the hot Vietnamese weather!! They helped us organise the tour for the next day around Tam Coc and also the transfer from the Halong Bay to the hotel and to Hanoi the next day. We also tried the food for dinner and the noodles and the orange juice were definitely worth the trip there, by far the tastiest we had in Vietnam!

They have been very available, we stayed there three night , but not in a row, and they let us leave our bigger luggages there for free for the days we went on two different two days tour, and we also let them some clothes to wash and they provided us with the laundry service for a really cheap price. They also let us make the check in earlier or later depending on when we arrived and they booked us the transfers from and to the airport, which were perfectly on time both times. The location of the hotel is very comfortable, it's right in the middle of the old quarter and makes reaching different location super easy

Everything about this place is beautiful. The people that run it - Amy and Hue, their parents, and the other lovely ladies there are so welcoming, some of the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. They get you involved with everything, helping to cook dinner, learning about their culture, making things from the land, they’re also curious about everything and everyone they meet. It was lovely sharing and learning about each others lives. Hands down my favourite experience in Vietnam.

I was asked for extra 3% to pay with credit card (this was not mentioned in lisiting). Wifi in room very poor. Room was a bit congested and without window.

They sent us to another Building at the back which is super old and urgently in need of a renovation. They tried to charge us double the amount for the booking and also tried to keep our passports! Avoid! Worst stay in Vietnam.
