      Perfect location, handy to the #86 bus to/from Noi Bai Airport, and close to hundreds of amazing restaurants and sights. Great for exploring Hanoi by foot.

      This is a luxury hotel with top-notch facilities. My room was comfortable and clean, and I had a fantastic sleep, too.

      The customer service was a little impersonal, and the jacuzzi in my room was a tad dirty.

      Booked a room with a balcony- get to room no balcony ! Complained and was offered a discount -which I should have taken-light in hallway shone into room until I turned it off! 2 nd night room with a balcony fridge didn’t work and no towels in room also ceiling fan was filthy - very dated hotel - but young staff very nice when they weren’t on their mobile phones
