I have travelled to alot of places and this is the only place I would give 100% satisfaction. Staff so friendly and happy to help with any situation. My husband has a mobility problem the entire staff help with getting up from seats to supporting him down the stairs. The customer service representative, sorry didn't write her name down, was excellent. She meet us each day with a hello and asked about the day and want we were doing and helped with any queries were had. The food and drinks were excellent. My husband had a few days in bed and the staff brought extra water and towels for him. I can't recommend this resort highly enough. We will be back. Thanks again.

It had a fridge, microwave. But I fid not use.

There was no bin for waste. No soap in the toilet. If nt mjstakwn, no tea or coffe, but only two biottles off water were p t ovided. Myy main concern was that they must have not changed the bedcover. There was no bed sheet, but a fixed bed cover. I noted hair pieces on it. A quilt was provided without a coversheet. I believe the quilt was used over and over. I usually carry a bed sheet, so if I find cases like this, I use my own sheet. I used the towel as a bed sheet. This was my 3rd bad experience in Vietnam while using homestay. I will, in future, use standard good hotels. Pay a bit more. The landload lady collected money as I arrived, and I saw her again on the day of checking out. I messaged her about my concerns. She did not respond. I had to climb two stories up with bags. Of course, she helped me when checking in and out.

Very little water! Ran a bath (in the afternoon, as advised) and the water ran out when it was half full. Not just the hot water, all the water. We had no water in our room for the rest of the evening!The next evening, we had water for showers, but no hot water! Was not ideal, as we were leaving the next day to start traveling home. No fridge in the room. Also, the big fancy TV in the room was fitted to the wall, where it was not facing the couch or the bed. Very odd. The bar/outdoor dining area was closed off. Otherwise, was clean and a good spot, a short walk through the back streets to the village square.
