The road near the hotel wais a little bit noisy in the night because many cars pass by.

Nice boutique hotel! Staff is so friendly and kind. Our room was large. The pool also was so nice. So peaceful space with jungle view! We loved their breakfast and coffee.

You can hear traffic noise ifrom the main road in your room.

Our suite was roomy with a private balcony, facing the jungle. The location is great, close to everything thing. The staff was exceedingly accommodating and polite. Thank you staff! The hotel is non descriptive in front, but once you enter the art gallery/reception and head to the back, it’s special.

Our bathroom had a strong sewage smell, a lot of traffic noise, and a false balcony. Parking is in a lot that abuts a busy street. It’s manageable though. WiFi was spotty, and TV froze briefly at times too.

Cute boutique hotel with friendly staff. Room was large, comfortable, had a great jungle view, and everything was in working order. They also had a nice pool with a jungle view, and served a healthy made to order breakfast, which always included a big plate of fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and OJ. The hotel is located near lots of food and activities. Coffee, milk, soap, shampoo, and beach towels were provided in the room.

The breakfast area seems quite dark and closed in, in comparison to the brightness of the rest of the property.

Wonderful property - we had a private suite with direct access onto the pool area. It was extremely quiet despite being close to the main road. Lots of animals and birds to see directly from the viewing area and pool area.

Amazing view from the balcony, pretty and well equipped room, very polite and professional staff (especially in the front desk). The hotel is close to nature and has an amazing pool in the middle of the jungle.

Mattress was a little too firm for me. Driveway to home was steep and difficult to back out of but there was nearby parking options if needed.

Everything was great

Room was quite large with comfortable beds. Easy drive to Manuel Antonio National Park and the beach. Easy walk to Hotel La Luna which had a great rooftop bar for sunset viewing.

Beautifully designed and appointed boutique hotel that is cleverly located between Quepos and Manuel Antonio. It has two refreshing pools surrounded by trees that provide lovely shade when you are looking to cool off. Food delivery is offered from one of the nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner if you want to stay in, but the hotel offers a terrific free breakfast to start your day. Air conditioning and shower water pressure were excellent, and the property offers a beautiful art gallery. I bought a painting there for my son and Nelson, the front desk manager gave us a discount! We will return to Hotel Plaza Yara the next time we are visiting Costa Rica. It is truly a fabulous place!!

There was a problem with the toilet. Although the staff did their best to fix it remained a problem throughout the stay.

Room was spacious and modern, pool was uncrowded and surrounded by beautiful gardens, great for spotting wildlife, breakfast was delicious, staff were helpful.

The location off the main highway was fine, not noisy. However, there was no shoulder on the busy highway to walk easily so it limited my mobility and exploring. Went to restaurants only in two closest locations

The room with balcony overlooking the rain forest was lovely. A la carte breakfasts were well done. Tasteful hotel decor w nice art and art gallery in lobby.

Everything was great! They nailrd it. They understand hospitality. The garden is fantastic, we spotted several big animals while laying in the pool. Rooms are spacious.

The only downside to this hotel is that it's not very walkable to many restaurants, grocery stores and shops in Manuel Antonio. It is at the bottom of a winding, very steep main road that does not have a sidewalk and cars and buses race up and down it. Having said that, there are public buses to get around. And there are 1 or 2 restaurants you can easily access.

Very nice modern, clean 3 star hotel with delicious breakfast in the morning. Excellent communal spaces including pool area and lounging area off of the breakfast room.

The hotel parking is right on the main road, so a bit scary backing up into streams of holiday traffic with the rental car. But, this wouldn't prevent me from staying here again. It's bit of a Booking.com misnomer to state that there's a beach is just 2650 feet away. The beach isn't accessible by car and is down a very steep, forested hill. This is truly a rainforest lodge, not a beach lodge). This wasn't a problem for us, but it's just a good fact to know.

Lovely, restful property, truly an oasis of calm in the midst of hectic Manuel Antonio. The rooms here are large, well-appointed and beautiful with full amenities (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc.). Lots of space for a family. Loved that the rooms all have seating areas both in the room and out on decks. The view out into the rainforest was fabulous. We could see monkeys and birds from our deck. Nice pool area and good breakfast with multiple choices. The staff were also great.
