No complaints this was immaculate!

Exceptional, the service, the atmosphere, the art, the view! Absolutely perfect! We stayed in the top floor apartment with the patio. It felt secluded in the city! The bath tub was amazing. Basically your own apartment in the city for a few days! Highly recommend this stay and especially in the rooftop apartment with terrace!

Pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, but I’m quite fussy!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Good location, both for walking into main town and for the cathedral and castle. Right next to park which you can walk through into the centre. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Good selection of food for breakfast, fresh and decent. Totally recommend.

Hand held shower over the bath meant we caused a bit of a mess each time one of us showered.

The breakfast it tried to be everything and i dont think it was really needed . So in the UK sausages and eggs and bacon are completely different to smoked sausage and chopped up squares of bacon full of grease, I think they were trying to accommodate UK travellers and it didn't quite work Pancakes were a nice surprise on the Friday though.

So easy to get to from the airport, nice walk or short tram journey to the old town. I enjoyed the walk to the castle from there. Nice neighbourhood. I really felt at home in the hotel.

The reception staff is very polite and always ready to help. Regarding the cleaning staff, the women were a little noisy and didn’t knock before opening the room, but they apologized. I would also like to see more friendly staff in the breakfast area. But the girls are more likely to be shy than unfriendly. Based on the super reviews, we expected more from the breakfast. I also think in spring and summer it’s great to have breakfast and relax on the fenced (green) terrace.

Maybe the best place i've been in the last three years. The room was great: clean, big, comfortable. The staff really professional and kind. Breakfast full of everything, sweet and salty products. Easy parking close to the hotel. Good position for those that came by car.

In our first night, we were given a room used for guests with pets and the carpet smelled awfull…they changed our room only the day after and it was ok. This should not happen for guests without pets.

Wasn't happy with the breakfast. I'm a vegetarian and would like cheese to be separated from meet. Also tongs for meat and scoop for eggs need to be placed separately.

Location’s nice as they have multiple lines of tram running to Sparta stop. From there, the property’s 3 mins walk. It is a quite area so we can sleep comfortably without any noise. The staff’s super friendly as well and the reception is available 24h. They also accommodated our early check-in request. The room’s exactly like on the picture, spacious and welcoming. The bed’s super big as well and we had a restful sleep every night. Finally, there is a cat from around the area who likes to visit the garden behind the breakfast room during breakfast time. She’s very friendly and very cute. We spent 30mins each day to play with her.
