I liked that they gave a place to stay in the middle of the night when we couldn't get into our BNB because they gave me the wrong code and didn't double their prices when we just showed up like Comfort Inn did(don't go there)

The location was not best, but I guess it was matched with the price of the room.

The staff in the restaurant was wonderful and very friendly and the food was good too. Rooms were okay too.

The hotel was adequate for one night; the room was clean but the bathroom was far too small. The restaurant is owned by a very friendly couple (the chef is also the ownner, who is Italian. He makes authentic pizza, and is willing to sell some of their products to you at a reasonaqble price (ingredients like olive oil and coffee, which we bought).

We were forced to pay 20 euro more because the room we booked wasn't prepaired and the bigger room we were offered was more expensive.

I think, it could be cheaper - not 1200 kc for 1 night.

Breakfast was really good. I had fried eggs, vegetables, juice and coffee. Facilities are older but clean.

Personally I think the price could be better compared to other hotels simply because it's dated. The mattress was pretty hard but in the end it met my expectations and needs - I had a clean room, a private bathroom and was able to sleep one night.

The hotel is just on the 1st floor of that building which is from the communist era. The interior and everything is a bit dated but it works and it's clean which is the important part for me.

Fridge a bit noisey and hotel is next to the ring road so sometimes it can be a bit noisey there Not really too bothersome though.

Comfy beds, spacy rooms, nice breakfast, en-suite bathrooms. Only about half an hour walk towards the centre. Plenty of parking spots.

By foot is tricky to get to it, but I blame Google maps for that.

It's clean. It's a classic old comunist hotel. Staff by reception did not speak English, but we managed to communicate. The breakfast was very good and you had a lot to choose from.

Lack of airconditioning. Hotel is located next to the road, so you hear cars all the time. The room in general was old 90s standard, but at least it was clean.

Not far from the centre (15 min walk) and breakfast was included in the price of the room. Quite peaceful hotel. Friendly lady behind the counter.

Check-in at night without problems. The hotel is in terrible condition. Smoked room. Things smelled of cigarettes overnight. Breakfast is normal. The staff is very diligent and pleasant. This is the only plus in the hotel.

Room smells like ashtray,, total disgusting, slept with open windows, but then you have roaring cars because it’s close to the highway or some big road. 3rd bed ..!! It’s joke ,, :( , ok , when it is war it will do,, We got very tired after long trip with motorcycles so had no energy to complain and fight with staffs. But in other case, wouldn’t choose this place,. Must be improved.. big time.

Noisy from road. Personnel almost don't speak English. Sometimes dirty dishes at breakfast.

Organisation of Breakfast was disaster. We felt like we were in kindergarten. Everyone who stepped into the room and thus everyone else had to listen to the rules, among other things, about taking food out, and only in Czech. Poor strangers who did not understand - the man just raised his voice. Undignified. The choice of food for breakfast was in a narrow corner so there was still a queue between the tables

It was 1 night stay . Our room was clean . The lady at reception was friendly . WiFi was fine. Location is fine to explore Olomouc.

I didn’t like the fact that there were 2 beads instead of a one two-people bed and that it was a bit loud at night

i liked it that it was easy to check in and that there is a 24h check in, which is especially good when you’re travelling and don’t know what time you’ll reach the hotel. it is also quite close to the motorway. the the breakfast was lovely. it has got this certain 90s zeitgeist atmosphere which I liked.

The best thing about this hotel is without doubt the friendly staff. It’s blessed to have Fabio’s fabulous pizzeria on the ground floor.
