The walls and doors are a bit thin so you can hear people walking, talking, and closing doors when you're in your apartment. I wasn't a fan of the shampoo and soap, so I'd recommend bringing your own. There are no shoes/slippers in the room, so keep that in mind too. The bathtub fills up easily (I guess there are some issues with the drainage?). But honestly, these were small issues for me and didn't ruin the trip.

The location is amazing! You can walk EVERYWHERE and see all the museums on your to-do list in one day. Check-in was also quite simple (just a personal code sent to you). The "Australia room" is comfortable, cozy, and cute. It's great for a long stay or if you're planning to relax a little bit. The room has a little terrace, a small kitchen with all the necessities, and a nice quiet bedroom. Lots of restaurants are nearby, though I really enjoyed "Fat Cat." Keep in mind that you'll be staying in the city center and the prices for everything are crazy high! The couch is HUGE and comfortable. I haven't used the TV but the WiFi worked well. There are additional covers and pillows if you get cold or uncomfortable. Outlets and light switches are near the bedroom. The rooms were always warm. The overall vibe of the apartment is cozy and romantic. I highly recommend staying here.

Reception staff were rude and not welcoming. Blatant attitude. The lady on reception at 1200 on 9/3 needs further training.

The space was great for 3 people. Absolutely central and great go see the astronomical clock.

Getting the baggage up the stairs was a bit of a battle, but just be prepared for no lift.

The location was exceptional and the room was great. We were only a few minutes walk from the main plaza with great access to everywhere. Gaining access from the hotel facilities next door was really simple.

No air conditioning - we were here when it was hot in August. I guess this is not a problem if you are there at a different time. Due to location it is very loud at night, and difficult to rest due to all the screaming/singing etc.

The location is great - close all attractions, very small walking distance to everything. Kitchen equipped for food preparation/eating, small fridge and microwave at your disposal. Roomy beds.

Parking cost us 50eur for two nights and it was just a spot in sort of restaurant’s backyard and not even marked as an parking slot. In a result our car was scratched by the grey van which stood next to us. Unfortunately, we noticed that too late. Whether it’s too expensive or not a paid parking at all. Apartment needs AC or a wind blower because it’s very warm inside, and if you open the window you cannot sleep because of the action in the old town streets.

clear instructions for check-in were emailed 1 day prior to arrival. Location is superb, minutes to main square, great food nearby. Host was Very responsive to all the needs and accommodated all our requests. Would highly recommend and stay again

Property needs written instructions on how to use stovetop eclectic range and how to remove garbage. Dishwashing pellets were hard to find.

The key code link did not work. The operator helped me on the phone, sending me the code via SMS. Our accommodation is on the top floor, lots of stairs.

It is quite bad sound isolation from outside and hallway. As a light sleeper you will definitely wake up from the church bell or visitors leaving for sight seeing

Communication with reservations could be improved. When we arrived at 11pm, the link with key didn't work and we texted them, but didn't received an answer. Fortunately, the taxi driver contacted them and we received the code through Viber.

The location is perfect - a few minutes walking from the city center and many interesting places. Food, bars, restaurants - anything a few steps away. The flat was clean, warm, big and really beautiful.

There was a bad smell when you walked in, especially from the bathroom sink may have been coming from the drains. Not a lot of privacy if curtains are open, but we just closed them. Also, it's a bit noisy, but suppose that's just down to who's in the next apartments.

The pictures make it look a little more luxurious than it is. However, it's very central, had everything you would need, and beds were comfy. Also seemed like the building was secure, so it felt safe.
