It's small but I don't like that there is no gym. A small room with treadmill would be nice for people who living the active life and it rain outside or it's cold.

I like staff approach. I like the premises. I like SPA.

This is a beautiful hotel and spa resort set close to the Polish border. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and a pleasure to stroll around. We ate dinner in the restaurant and had a wonderful meal with excellent service.

The room we had in the extention building has thin walls so we could hear the neighboring room a lot.

The hotel and the breakfast are located in beautiful grounds. The breakfast has a good choice and solid coffee and the staff are very friendly. The dinner is also delicious. The highlight however is the wellness that is included in the room price. It is simply fantastic and the whole facility is a true highlight.

If anything to complain about, it may be the fact that the spa is not integrated with the hotel - you need to walk there (which may not be so nice at foul weather. Otherwise - all was fantastic!

Very clean, nice, spacious apartment, well equipped, nice and comfy. The bed was big and comfortable. We had a big wardrobe, equipped with a safe locker in the hall. The breakfast (included in the price), in a form of buffet, was very good quality, with wide variety of cheeses, cold meats, saussages, fresh vegetables, fruit, cereals, breads and rolls, eggs, pancakes..., almost everything (except fish - which is a little shame but nothing we would complain about, either). Oh and in the price we could spend truly relaxing time (3 hours!) in the hotel spa. Great value for money! Highly recommend it!

The kitchen is closed a 21:30 and there was no option to eat anything, even a sandwich. The restaurant was closed at 22:00 which seems to be a bit early taking into account that the only alternative to restaurant is minibar.

Comfortable beds, nice breakfast, pretty place, a lot of old trees. Rather peaceful place, we opted for the rooms in the secondary building.

Fantastic idea: restore an old palace and turn it into luxury spa. Plus modern but still very tasty cuisine - perfect recipe for success. Not mention about very nice park.

The area could be a bit nicer, but in the summer when leaves appear on the trees, it will probably not be a problem. I don't know if it's a standard in Czech four-star hotels, but there wasn't even a bottle of (free) water in the room. Wellness OK. Minor mishaps such as no batteries in the TV remote control, no salt shaker on the table, no shampoo in the bathroom (there were 3 soaps...).

Clean and calm. Nice garden. Very good breakfast and good food at all (restaurant).

we paid extra 1000 czk (we haven’t been informed before) because of 4 years old baby was sleeping with us on a bed. that was not fair. they should inform us before stay.

During breakfast there were often lack of cups and glasses for latte. Rooms in Villa are specious but without balcony - a pity in such nice surrounding. I didn't notice that there is noisy but some people complained. Restaurant wants to be a quality restaurant and it is expensive. But for that reason I expected a little more. Dishes are very nicely served but almost all which we ordered were too salty and their taste was sometimes a bit strange. I would suggest limiting of use strong spices.

I had much more better reflections from the stay that I expected after the reading of the opinions. Nice quiet location. Breakfast was very good especially as for the Chech standars at others hotel. There were all products which can be expected in 4* hotel in good quality and quantity. Absolutly great wellness - still under construction outside but I will definitely check how it is when finished. Very nice staff - I admire their patience when they have to serve some fussy guests.
