“The owner was very kind, welcoming and patient with my basic German. The place was way better than we expected. It's spacious, clean and literally has everything you need, extra pillows if your not happy with the one on the bed, wine opener, and a coffee machine with steamer and coffee grinder. We regretted it so much we didn't stay for a few extra nights.”

High quality, tasty breakfast and (mandatory for retreat paticipants) lunch/dinner offerings. The buildings and grounds are well maintained, beautiful and very fitting for a relaxing break. “Am Wladrand is a very comfortable place to stay, very clean, and the hosts are very kind. It is easy to park the car (having a car is recommended for getting around through the area). The apartment and kitchen are well-equipped and the shower room is spacious. The location is great for doing hikes in the Eiffel National Park. Close by the apartment there are various supermarkets and bakeries, drug stores, shoe shops (anything really) and various options for having coffee and eating out. We could bring our pet, and that was for us very important for getting away from the fireworks during New Year's Eve. Many thanks!”
