Staff behaviour, typical arrogant attitude is staff. I have observed restaurant staff is byst with different nationality. Example I reached for breakfast at 9.20 am and breads were over, wen I asked can u bring milk / standard white breads, strange answer its over, no more available.

The property was clean and tidy. The apartments were cleaned each day, beds were made and fresh towels were provided. The location was close to the old town and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

It’s a very minor point but there isn’t slippers in the room.

I have stayed in rooftop room and it was very cosy also staff is very friendly. Overall I am very pleased about my stay.

The only English language channel available on the TV was CGTV. Chinese Global TV. At least one other English language channel should be available, like CNN or CNBC, so one had a choice. CGTV is heavily biased.

It is located within a 5 to 10minute walk of Munich HBF. So both U and S-bahn are close by enabling easy access to whole of Munich. There are numerous inexpensive restaurants and cafes nearby. There is free coffee and tea available on the ground floor. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Surprised by the extensive building works near the Hauptbahnhof but we didn’t hear them once in the hotel. The immediate area is a bit “near the station” if you get my drift, but 200 metres away you’re at the Karlsplatz and the main old city of Munich, and being able to wheel your cases to the hotel is convenient.

Stepping inside the hotel is like an oasis of calm. It’s well appointed, the staff are helpful and welcoming and rooms immaculate and very clean. The breakfast was completely awesome- lots of choice, very fresh ideal German breakfast and additional eggs/pancakes cooked to order

Room big enough for 3 adults, great location, near to Munich main station, near to REWE, walking distance to old town.

The room was advertised as an extra large double bed but it is two single beds pushed together which are separate and move apart if you are trying to be close to each other. The room was clean when we stayed first night but floor didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly after the first night. Staff did their job but did not seem particularly friendly or enthusiastic. The hotel is near to the train station but is opposite gentlemen’s clubs and the general area around the hotel is not very pleasant. Breakfast is 18 euros if you want to add it on which seems unreasonably expensive for bread, cheese, cold cuts and eggs.

The beds were comfortable, linen seemed good quality, room was quiet and a good temperature and bathroom nice/good power in shower.

Location close to railstation and short distance from the city center. If you want to take a city tour this is very easy accesable by foot until Karlspkatz. More then that good room size and clean and good breakfast as well

The towel heating in the bathroom didn't work. Some of the amenities were empty (e.g. Tissue)

There was a big reconstruction on the street nearby and it was loud. There is no garage.

Breakfast was fabulous! Breakfast lounge is nice and cosy with an inner court which can be used when the weather is nice. The bar was open on late Friday night. All is modern and new.

The bathroom shower stall had mould build-up that could have easily been scrubbed away or grouted over. For people with respiratory weaknesses, the room was not good for the health.

Cute boutique hotel, clean, has everything you need and bonus: it's at the entrance of the underground city/station for public transportation. Find shops, restaurants and market easily.

area around the station was all under construction and the atmosphere was not good. I did not expect this. It looks like it will continue for a while. The lighting in the room was dark especially near the sofa bed. Receptionist when we checked in was quite unfriendly.

Breakfast was splendid. Did not expect such rich breakfast viking. Amenity good. Located very close to the station BUT
