When we do check in, the staff on reception behave very badly. We were disappointed after our long journey from Switzerland. He was asking us to cancel and find another hotel.

The location is ok but the surroundings are dangerous. The hotel had a weird smell and the building need some maintenance

At midnight, a strong guy directly opened the door and entered my room (I thought I locked the door, but the front desk insisted that I didn't, and no one else can open the door, the room key is unique. Maybe I did not lock the door tightly). When he found my partner and I was in the room, he immediately said bad words and left. Then, I went to the front desk to ask, but the front desk told me that there was no CCTV, and no suspicious people entered the hotel, and insisted that was just some guest from another room entered a wrong room. After I got back to the room, I locked the door tightly, but after a while, someone tried to open the door, failed, and kept knocking on the door for a while. This made me spend a bad night in fear.

The area was a little bit rough.

The room was clean, the towels and sheets were changed most days and the staff were friendly.

The cleaning man showed me pictures of naked women and then tried to push me towards making out with him in the room or giving me a massage in the room. This whole conversation happened as I was trying to leave in the morning.

The accommodations were decent for the price. The bathrooms are particularly nice.

We stayed for 1 night, the room had BEDBUGS!!!! we got bitten all over. The surroundings, though, is close to the main train station, is full of junkies. We couldnt stay outside when the sun went down.

One of the guys from the reception was quite rude with my wife and I and refused to speak english with us when he saw that we live in Germany (but no, I can't speak German yet).

Kettle for making tea, coffee, use and throw slipper (sandals), iron box with ironing table, were good to have.

Enough towels, a fan because the climate is very hot, refrigerator and locker are available.

The neighborhood is really, really bad. Especially so at night so if you check in make sure to do it early. The hotel itself is very slipshod and the bathrooms are moldy and dirty. If this represents three stars in Frankfurt I recommend skipping it in a very wide bow.

dirty, found a dead cockroach and a bed bug. Shower is amazingly small it’s uncomfortable. Hardly any toilet paper. Tv didn’t work. Man at reception when checked in was not very friendly, didn’t tell us any information about room. Had to go back down to ask about wifi since the phone was broken. Is also on a street full of crackheads shooting heroin. Felt uncomfortable walking past them
