As pointed out above: -the blankets could be warmer -unlocking the room door could be less complicated -distance between a buffet and a dining room is a bit uncomfortable

Very nice hotel on a good location. All main locations are nearby on foot. In the neighbouring street many restaurants with food from different countries. Breakfast was very tasty, although it is a bit uncomfortable bringing the food from one room to another, as dining room and buffet are not immediately next to each other. The room was spacious and beautiful, with comfortable bed. Blankets could be a bit warmer. Helpful and polite personnel. The key for a hotel room was a bit clumsy and took me some time to learn how to unlock the door.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and all the staff were very nice and polite. They allowed us to drop our bags in the early afternoon, then took them to our rooms when they were ready. The bed was super comfortable and the location(just across from Neustadt station) was very convenient. We loved our stay!

Away from the breakfast buffett table and our eating seats/table. Required to use two stairs to go to our family room although there is a baby buggy child.

Very near from Neustadt Railway Station. Breakfast selection is very good too. Staffs are quite kind and generous always. There are many restaurants (in Neustadt area) in 10 minutes walking. 5 minutes walking to a playground park where kids can play. Close to railroad, but not noisy.

The room was nice, bit old fashioned, which fits perfectly in the theme. However the outdated bathroom was not nice to shower in the tub and for the price we paid, we expected a bit more. Breakfast was wonderful and staff too.

The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast exceptional. The staff was very accommodating, including of our dog :) It is about a 15 minutes walk from the old town.

It was a bit old and dated. The keys were actual keys with a metal anchor that weighed a kilo as a Keychain. You had to turn the key 6 or 7 turns to lock, like in any other front door. The location is very near to the Neustadt train station. My room windows opened to a large street with a light rail in the middle of the street and the tracks ot the main train station just beyond. It was a bot loud with the windows open, but traffic slowed late st night and early morning. With the recent heat waves, I kept the windows open because there was no fan or AC. Also, you have to go up some stairs when you enter the building to get to the registration desk.

Very elegant accommodations. The room was large and had ample room for luggage and storing of clothes. The restroom was also large. The bed was a king size. The location is just a 3 minute walk from the Neustadt train station. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Neustadt center with many places to eat. Approximately 15 minutes to the Center of Dresden, Frauenkirche and Museums.

The only downside was the location, close to Dresden Neustadt railway station. Probably too far to comfortably walk into the city centre in the evening. However, there were trams passing by frequently within 200 metres of the hotel and these were easy to use.

This is a good hotel, welcoming, comfortable and spotlessly clean with obvious high standards. Staff were very professional. Breakfast options were good and served in a very pleasant dining room. There is a small bar attached to the reception area.

No air conditioner makes it rather hard during the summer. the fact that there is a train station close by means no open windows for the night reload

Nothing that the hotel could change - there was road construction happening outside the building which took away some of the shine from the property.

A cosy, quiet hotel close to Neustadt Station. The room was large and comfortable, although, a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Leaving the key with reception when leaving the hotel was a nice way to engage with the staff. The old town is easily accessible by walking or transit. A nice option for your stay in Dresden.
