Located in a perfect place. Just a few minutes walk from the U. Very quaint, clean and in a beautiful area. It was our last stop before returning home and a great way to end our adventure

Style and room space were amazing, especially we would like to highlight how comfortable the bed was. It was also very nice to have a terrace and blooming roses outside! For this price and location, the room size exceeded the expectations. A special thank you to Blerta with help arranging a little surprise for our special stay:)

Superb location - 15-20 minutes walk to the city centre, or else 2 minutes walk to the tram 21 that takes you to the city centre in 5 minutes. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants within 5 min walk from the hotel, strong hot coffee at Hoflinger bakery just round the corner.

The only thing that was less than perfect was the size of the room, which was a bit smaller than I would have liked, but it was not bad by any means, and we were quite comfortable.

The location was excellent, the breakfast fantastic, the staff very friendly, and the building had an exquisite drawing room.

Very outdated, lacking facilities that exist in modern hotels (everything is listed in the room description so just read carefully to make sure everything you need is there). Must climb stairs with suitcases to get to reception

Wish we could have checked in sooner after a long flight from San Francisco. It would nice for the hotel to provide additional luggage racks on request. We had just one.

Hotel Splendid is in an excellent location- just a block from two useful U lines and several tram lines. Away from the big crowds but so convenient. A charming courtyard in back was a quiet space for a drink (also available in the lovely ground floor lobby) or breakfast (not included on our rate but fairly good value for money).

The only thing that might have improved our stay was if tea and coffee-making facilities had been provided in the room.

A lovely building, charming and full of character but with all modern conveniences. Spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. We adored the beautiful paintings and furniture in our room. Excellent transport links and an easy walk to the main sights.

Super location! Very well situated. Walking distance to the old city, but also very close to the English Garten, and the Eisbach etc (it's another part of the city). A little old-fashioned but very charming and clean hotel (and rooms) the staff is very kind.

Beautiful cozy boutique hotel, decorated with art and books. Friendly helpful staff and overall great atmosphere . The location is amazing - quiet street in the very heart of the city that on one side takes you to Maxmonument and famous broad luxury shopping street, and on the other side it takes you right to the National museum and art quarter. The single room was cute and clean, and even had a balcony where I enjoyed my breakfast coffee. I enjoyed my stay a lot, thanks!

Lovely downtown location in a pretty period building . Inside a classical boutique hotel with art and artifacts , comfortable beds and bed linens . My favorite among the small Munich hotels .

The television had no English speaking channels

Lovely hotel with old world charm. The room we booked into was elegant and had a small balcony that overlooked the garden. We enjoyed the location which was close to shopping, restaurants and the christmas markets but was on a quiet street. The staff was friendly and helpful
