The staff was rude, especially the guy staying at the reception in the night. We were a group of women gathering in Bochum for working reasons, and often felt treated as a group of school girls who need to be monitored and tone policed when we came back from dinner (never after 22 pm). Honestly, quite a misogynist treatment. We did not feel very comfortable when he was around.

Good position and good breakfast, although very expensive (almost 20 euros just for breakfast). Rooms are small but clean, so overall comfortable. Wi-Fi works properly.

Bed wasn’t really comfortable, ac is old and really really loud. Parking is also quite small so if you arrive at the evening you won’t find any, but there is a big parking nearby that is 16€/24 hours or 4€/night

Layout in the Bathroom due to Architectural constraints felt a bit constricting when on the throne, Shower on the other hand was roomy. Pillows felt a bit narrow, but that's subjective. Unfortunately the TV was not connected to internet and by extension streaming services.

Elevators and location next to the Railway Station and the City Centre makes for easy mobility. The Staff was very helpful as well and the cleaning crew very efficient. Desk and internet was adequate for my purposes.

Location itself looks good on the map. But thé Bochum station south exit does not look safe actually. Staff is friendly and responsible.

I really don't like the decor, but it perfectly fits the industrial 90s vibe of this town. The room is exceptionally well kept if the decor has the age its style denounces. The bathroom was a bit dusty but not dirty, probably the room was empty for a few days?

Well located just behind the central station, 5 minutes walk from the night life area of Bochum. The room is small but has all the essentials. Staff extremely helpful and kind.

When I arrived there was some confusion about my booking , which was resolved fairly quickly but the men at the reception desk was rather unfriendly

I had to shorten my stay for one day and it was no problem to cancel the last night, even it was the same day. The women at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good

Bathroom drainage is not smooth, I have not finished bathing when the water has almost overflowed the shower room

It locates next to the Hauptbahnhof, a perfect position for transportation in the city or to another city.
