Even though I forgot my bathing suit I peered through the window of the pool area & was not delighted to see what looked like greasy foam or something floating everywhere.

Having a real early flight I liked that to go food was available and liked the variety. (The front desk attendants were unaware of whether to go food was available.) The building outside and inside were very attractive and very clean. My room was very nice, bed & pillows comfortable and I loved the showerhead. I've come across many dumpy places that advertised nice looking pics so I was delighted to see this property was very pleasing. Thank you.

We were in the first floor, first room beyond the elevator! It was extremely noisy with folks using the elevator, and from the kitchen in the morning! and the room above us was constant pounding!

The TV was not installed in the wall mount, but just sitting on on the desk looking like it could fall any time my kids moved around it (and I would get the blame). Someone slipped my bill below the door at 2-3am and woke me up; I wish I was asked if I wanted it delivered that way.

We had to move to a new room because the safe was broken in our initial room. It would have been good to know that before we moved in the first time, since we did need use of one. But the reception desk employee was very nice and quick to help us make the switch.

Staff were altogether very indifferent and not very helpful. Unusual in a Holiday Inn for staff to avoid eye contact and not even greet guests.

Breakfast was the typical sad hotel buffet; staff kept the area clean and well--stocked. Rooms were clean and extra pillows and towels were provided per request. Front desk staff were all very friendly and polite. Beds were comfortable.

Having one more towel and two more wash cloths. I was able to get a towel from the front desk (I was actually given several, which was nice, but there were no wash cloths that could be located. We used the longer hand towels like a wash cloth. It worked, but wash cloths would have been better.

The room was a good size. It was comfortable. The decor was appealing aw well. Breakfast had a nice selection of items. Front desk staff very personable and friendly. Easy check in and check out.

Mattress seemed worn out. Not very comfortable. Slow to get hot water to bathroom and shower. We’re supposed to serve breakfast until 09:30, however when we went down at 09:15 almost everything was put away. When I asked she said oh really, what time is it?
