The main shower head didn't work, so the handheld shower head sprayed everywhere and soaked the floor when the shower was turned on, the 2 pillows on the bed were pathetic, one tiny one like a cushion and one oversized one. When opening the curtain, it came completely off the rail and onto the ground.

Close to walk around lübeck Bed was comfortable. Annex was down a street away from the main hotel, but had everything you needed. Nice and quiet place to stay. Shop a few doors away if you needed anything.

Great location in the center of Lubeck. Nice, and clean room with a little kitchen. The staff is very friendly. They provided me with free parking for my car.

That we had to carry our bags up three flights of stairs with no elevator.

The location and the friendly staff was the best parts. But overall we were pleased with our stay.

One big disappointment was not in the hotel but in Lubeck. With very limited parking, which we fully understand, we could not get to the Hansa Museum. It is at the bottom of a cliff with it's door facing the Canal. There is access from the top of the cliff via several long flights of stairs but no elevator. Odd, because the Museum is quite new and the "Monastery" Museum at the top of the cliff had a very new looking glass elevator.

Location was in old Lubeck close to several historic sites and one of the best restaurants in the City. because we had a car we could go into the countryside as well as enjoy the magnificent Churches and public squares. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful with advice on restaurants etc.

We had a room in the Annex down the street in a different building. I couldn’t see a photo of our room in the sample ones, of course the other rooms looked much bigger. I was surprised ours was so small. There was no tea or coffee supplied but there was everything to make a cup.

This property was in a good location, and the car park was close. Lubeck is a very interesting city with beautiful old buildings and lovely shops.

Nothing the hotel could do about it, but the noise of the street cleaning and trash pick-up began way too early in the morning.

The room was large and airy, the hotel location could not have been better - in the Altstadt, right next to bus stops, and only a short walk pretty much anywhere. Breakfast was standard Continental Breakfast.

We were in the annex in a studio which doesn’t include free breakfast but out Booking.com info indicated we did get free breakfast. After discussions with the manager he agree to provide free breakfast which was a great outcome, outside of the hotel’s normal policies. We were very pleased with the hotel’s manager and the breakfast was very good.

Traditional building well renovated into serviced apartments . Main attractions could be reached on foot. The KO15 Hotel itself with Lobby and adjacent restaurant was just across the street.

I had booked a studio that was located in a newly renovated building close to the KO15 itself. This suite had serviced apartments with kitchenette and bathrooms. Smokers could sit open-air in a small inner courtyard with chairs and table. For children there was an outdoor playground.

The Studio Apartment was difficult to find. A map with directions from reception and better signage would have helped. The number of stairs was also a surprise.

Duvets are rather small so you may want to ask for an extra duvet if you get cold

Comfortable and convenient and spotlessly clean. Very happy with the facilities, we stayed in the building across the road and had two rooms next to eachother. Comfortable, modern and very clean. Walking distance to most things, nicely located on lovely square in the old town
