the kitchen was not equipped with any basics (e.g. salt and pepper) and there was no room service during the entire stay (which mean toilet paper wasn’t stocked up, trash wasn’t emptied)

Very central location and still very quiet. The extra large double bed was really big, no false promises here. Clean and cosy.

The room was very warm,with temperatures not over 25c.A hot summer would be unbearable in the room we stayed in.Do not know for sure,but guess the Hotel is a listed building,and therefore difficult to add isolierung or air condition .

Though a very efficient use of space, the room I had was a little cramped, with a sitting area where I could not really sit and I could not stand straight up in a significant part of the room. I must admit it was kind of cozy and surprisingly bright, but tall people might need to avoid the room I had.

Situated in a quiet street, yet in the middle of old Lübeck. The hotel stays in the confines of old buildings which I like. Approachable staff and arriving earlier than expected was no problem at all. The small room had a well-equiped kitchen.

Located at street with sizeable traffic of buses and delivery trucks starting in the early hours. Windows not modernized for reducing noise from outside (due to legal restrictions they said).

Bed was squeaky. Shower was impossible to use due to its location. As soon as it was turned on it sprayed all over the bathroom. It was over the bath and was so high I could not reach it to unhook it. Instead of having a bathtub, which was not needed, a walk in shower would have been a better addition in this space. The carpark was extremely tight, perhaps better for smaller cars but larger cars would have extreme difficulty parking here. Carpark is also across the road from the hotel with nowhere to park in front of the hotel to drop off bags. It made it very difficult to bring larger bags to the room.

Room was a good size. Breakfast was basic, but nice. Close to most tourist attractions. The free sparkling water and glasses were nice. Lift to rooms, although it was very small.

superb location in the city centre. we stayed in the annexe which had some basic but easily sufficient cooking facilities and a little courtyard which was great for sitting and having a snack or coffee. room was spotless and very comfortable and although small had ample storage space. also had secure parking which was a real bonus

had to carry luggage up three flights is spiral staircases. staff was late opening the reception area . they were at least 35 minutes late when we were forced to leave to catch our train. refrigerator was not working properly and froze all our food

Location right in city with excellent connection to railway station by frequent buses. Surrounded by beautiful medieval buildings. Friendly staff. Lots to do.
