The spa section was located on the opposite wing from the rooms which required people to walk through the whole lobby. This is a minor inconvenience. So, keep that in mind. At some point, some staff members entered the swimming pool area and collected all the bath robes and towels that were hanging. The problem was that those robes and towels were still in use and the staff didn't ask any questions and just took everything with all belongings

I loved the location and the hotel itself. It had everything needed and the hotel was well maintained

No bathrobes or slippers available in the room. We got them only after asking and on the second day of our visit. So without them we were not able to use the swimming pool or the sauna. Also the room was not clean enough. There were stains on the carpet. Specific stuff in the reception were impolite and not so willing to help out.

the staff was very bad hardly talking to us.to get the bathroom amenities we ask in the reception for three days.in the day of cheking out (CHEKING OUT TIME 12.00)we went to the center of the city for and we left our daughter in the one room.when we came back the keys did not work we had to get new ones,(our rooms were far away from the reception in another building) the room was cleared from 10.00 as our daughter said, and the reception admit it, and our belongigs were out of the room and some of them in the reception.THIS IS ANACCEBTABLE.generaly speaking the behaviur of the staff was bad.

The AC on the wall gave cold air instead of heating mode, but the staff gave me a detached heater that worked well - also, I noticed that since I stayed for several days, the cups I used for tea were not cleaned well

The room had a, not so pleasant odour when we got there. More like humidity / long time closed room smell.. Also the room was cold and the heating was not working (we were offered to change room or to have two heat radiators after we requested them , no complains about that! ) Parking space in the underground parking was a bit over rated (20 euro) compared to what you also pay for the room. Could be included into the price. There were no pool robes or sliper for the pool. Member of the staff recommended that we don't visit the spa area because it was too crowded. (I don't thing that this is proffessional).

The room was very nice and big, one of the best mattresses we have ever slept. The bathroom was amazing and the water was really hot! The location of the hotel is really good just few steps from the local public transport station. The stuff was really helpfull and took great care of us! - room heating was not working (we were offered to change room or to have two heat radiators after we requested them).

A bit to many people. Spa area was to small for the number of people staying in the hotel.

Large hotel, many people and this could cause a bit lower service level. Room and breakfast was good. It took some time to checkout and also i got disturbed in the morning by the cleaning person.

Our room was in a different building to the main hotel complex, although connected with underground tunnel it was not ideal for us as a family. We tried to have showers before and after breakfast but gave up. No pressure and either too hot or cold water. The pool was tiny, not enough deck chairs, crowded with 2 families and a couple...Breakfast was crowded and disorganised...it took ages to find a place for us 4 to sit. Too many guests for one breakfast area and guests had to queue for check-in...a long time .

Location is good, nice reception and bar. Breakfast bar had a lot to offer.

water brand must change. it had a weird taste. no bellboy. which made it hard to take all the luggage by myself (with the kids and all) sofas in the room were comfy but old and dusty. reception to room distance was a bit much. but okay.

breakfast was good. stayed in a classic suit, very satisfying. Olcay from the front desk helped us a big deal. also, the young waiter from the cafe was such a nice gentleman.

We stayed in a room that required a walk along a lower level long ‘picture’ corridor. This would have been fine but my wife has mobility issues. Thankfully , we had brought her wheelchair. But this could be an issue for others who would have to walk
