It is a small boutique hotel so amenities are not as expansive as in other hotels (e.g., bar/restaurant).

Very nice hotel near Munich train station, very nice breakfast (wish I had had more time to enjoy it), room was quiet and comfortable despite being in the city centre. I had a very good night's sleep in advance of my early train the next morning.

The neighborhood is not charming. It's in a location by the train station that is easy to get to which is what I was looking for.

I booked this property for the easy location to the train station and the vegan breakfast options and neither disappointed! The staff was nice, the room was spacious, and my husband and I both liked the breakfast each morning.

This isn't specific to this hotel as many in Europe are like this but be aware the elevators stop on the 1/2 levels at least where our room was, so in some instances you may have to haul your luggage up or down a flight of stairs to get to your room. And there are steps to get into the building. Try as we might, we are not light travelers and I always groan when I get off an elevator and see stairs yet in front of me. As an American, I would greatly appreciate separate hair shampoo, conditioner and body wash - that all in one product isn't my preference.

I cannot say high enough words of praise for the front desk staff! They were all absolutely wonderful! Friendly and welcoming and very helpful with ideas for restaurants. They went out of their way to greet us when we came and went, and we felt very at home there! The location is fantastic - a 5 min walk from the train station and only maybe 20 min from Marienplatz etc. Very walkable. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very nice. I appreciated the free tea in the lobby 24/7 also. They do not clean your room during your stay (at least they didn't during our stay of 3 nights), but there are easily accessible towel stations on a couple of floors so we could get what we needed. It worked out fine.

The shower could have been planned a little better. It was impossible not to get water all over the bathroom floor when showering.

Close to train station and walkable to restaurants. The staff was very nice and helpful. Several breakfast options were available too. The bed was comfortable!

Convenient location near station in quiet street.Good breakfast in pleasant room. Bedroom was a little small but conveniently organised. Hotel policy of servicing rooms every second day seemed sensible to me.

This is just my personal preference, but I felt the 2 chairs and floor lamp in the room were too boxy and took up too much space,could have done with a lower profile.

Close to the train station. Room was immaculate, well appointed, with very comfortable bed, pillows and duvet. I liked having the desk area with ottoman to use as my ‘vanity table’ . Fluffy towels, good closets and storage, shower, water temp, and pressure. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The property in general seemed brand new and had a lovely, clean, modern vibe.

The most professional receptionists I've ever seen. We were accommodated upon arrival, earlier than check-in time. Drinks and snacks can be purchased on the first floor 24/7. The drinks were very tasty and special. The room is spacious, a bit old renovated, but for the price I booked it was quite good. There was a mini fridge in the room and it's very suitable. The hotel is located next to the train station, there are good Turkish restaurants and hookah bars nearby.

I was in Munich for work. My international train was canceled and no availability the same day, so I very last-minute booked this hotel to stay in Munich one more night. I came across it due to the vicinity to the station, and what a pleasant surprise. This hotel was incredible! I will stay here again when I come to Munich next.  When I arrived at 11:30, a very nice gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to coordinate with housekeeping to arrange an early check-in, even though I had only booked literally minutes before. I booked a room with balcony. The balcony is large, and I got to enjoy the sunshine. The bed and shower were comfortable. The room has a minifridge, complementary shampoo and conditioner, a bottle opener, etc. Everything you could need. The room also has AC, which was nice as it was a hot day. Wifi was fast.  The room has all the amenities you need. In the lobby, you can take free coffee and tea or water 24/7. Breakfast was varied and fresh. There is a small bar on site, so I got a nice beer and relaxed on my balcony at night. There is construction going on around the hotel, but it did not bother me in the slightest--my impression is that the windows are quite well-insulated.  Most of all, the staff was incredibly warm and helpful. From the gentleman in the morning to the one who served me a drink at night (and asked if I wanted a plate/cutlery for my takeout) and the ladies attending to breakfast in the morning, the staff really impressed me. I was at a different hotel the 4 nights before, as my employer had booked it, but enjoyed this one much better + it was cheaper. Will request to stay here next time, amazing value for money.

While it wasn't a problem for us, having a step to get up into the shower without a grab bar might be challenging for some people.

The location really couldn't be better - out of the way enough that it was quiet at night, but walkable to many of the city's sites (or easily walkable to the train station for places farther away). The coffee/tea bar in the lobby was a nice bonus to come back to on cold days!
