There are so many cozy and big rooms to spend the time to wir or just grab a bite or drink at the lobby. The bed was very comfy

The pillows were not very plump, but as extra pillows were available at reception, this was not really a problem. The hotel was quiet, but I was disturbed by the sound of the ventilators below my room when I opened the window at night.

The room was comfortable, clean and, although not large, was reasonably-sized. The hotel's location was perfect for meeting my friends who live nearby and only a short walk from the S-Bahn to the airport.

The room cleaning service, sometimes they miss replacing things in the bathroom, and the towels. Also they forgot to remove a plate that I took from the bar that is supposed to be cleaned.

They provided me a very quiet room knowing that I was staying quite some days, which is very much appreciated. The receptionists are all very friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfy.

Breakfast not very good value for money (few options per type of item). Main issue was how hot the rooms were even when sleeping with the window open.

Very nice design, excellent and clean rooms with higher end quality than competitor chains for similar prices. Very nice lounge bar in the evening, convenient to have especially as the area is rather quiet. Would definitely return.

The room was a little bit too hot and I couldn't adjust the temperature,but not so critical for sleeping.

Location of Hotel is not far from the center, there several train stations available to reach the center and also the main train station or airport. The room is not so big but it is comfortable. The staff are very prestative.

Staff was rather bored and tended to ignore guests - waiting guests were kept waiting without acknowledgement, passing guests were not greeted - poor.

The room cleaning lady would knock at the door several times during the morning every day, even when we told her we would leave the apartment later. For a couple’s trip, it was very disturbing. Also, we made the reservation for a king sized bed, but instead we got two single beds together. When we questioned the staff, they said all king sized beds in the hotel were the same. There was a clear lack of transparency.

The hotel is new, the bar is very nice and has a good cost-benefit.

There is nothing I can complain. The room is small with no closet but I didn't need a bigger room.

Overall I was very comfortable. The bed, pillow, everything was quality. The room was quite warm when it was -8 outside which I appreciated.

The only negative thing I can say is that there is not even a very small fridge in the rooms which is something that every hotel should have.

This is the third time that we stayed at the same chain of MOTEL ONE. Although the rooms are very small, they are very beautiful decorated, very clean and with an excellent mattress. The breakfast is also very good. When you choose to stay to MOTEL ONE you know for sure that you made the right choise. For sure this is not the last time that we are visiting MOTEL ONE.

Unfortunately the hotel overbooked our first night and we were sent to another Motel One at a different location. However we returned the next day and the mix up was resolved and we were compensated for the inconvenience

There is nothing I didn't like, but I was at other motel ones and I generally think they are great, but this one is one of the worst motel ones I would say. It's not so bad but it's not like others and the prices are the same. Overall experience was much better in other motel one hotels.

The location is good,, the breakfast was also good, the elevator is leading directly to the parking lot. In general, motel one is really good. The bar is excellent 👌 and comfortable.

The breakfasts were absolutely DELICIOUS and even when friends went to eat elsewhere, I chose to have breakfast at Motel One. Our first room was very comfy and the bed was great. The 2nd room, 407 had a bed that was a little lopsided but it was fine when I put a cushion under the mattress. The furniture in the bar & lobby was gorgeous and really comfortable. Bar service was fine but a little slow at times & seemed short staffed. Overall a great stay during a difficult time, when flights were cancelled due to bad weather. Thank You!

I waited a long time to check in. Seems they could have had more staff on to deal with the large number of guests at the designated check in time.

The room was great - very clean, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. There is not heaps of floor space but it was enough for one or two medium sized suitcases.
