Not much of an outside view from the lower floor. Requested a room with 1 bed, was given a room with 2 double beds instead due to no rooms being available.

There are not many options for channels on the tv. The parking is outside and whilst safe, there is no shade.

The room is a nice size and the bed is comfortable. The staff were very friendly and efficient at check in and check out. I did not have any food there.

I don't expect that the hotel doesn't have swimming pool for kids to enjoy . I also ddn't expect that the hotel is struggling to get a technician to assist them with TV channels. It was really bad. In conclusion, I noticed that some staff people needs training aswell.

I liked the quietness,the vibe and I like the fact that the hotel is in a quite are.

The cleaning ladies just come in the room without any instructions. One of them came to my room, she just knocked once and she opened the door. She told me that I didn't put a do not disturb sign. Does it mean that I have to put a sign first? I eventually put up the do not disturb sign. I went out with my child with the do not disturb sign still on the door. She opened still. How I know that she opened while we were not there, the curtains and the windows on the left were closed when we left and the towel was on the floor. Coming back the windows and curtains were opened and the towel was gone. I'm wondering was was she really looking for in my room . Can you pls check your videos. I think this woman was up to something. How dare does she get inside the room where there's do not disturb sign.. That on its own made me feel not safe. I'm convinced that she wanted to steal. The hotel needs to get rid of such people.

We didn’t have breakfast however we had lunch which was not nice. The burger bun was so white and soft made the whole burger soft and chewy. The pap was not nice and the oxtail was hard. Did not fall off the bone. No seasoning. Our safe did not work.

No thing everything was just perfect and the staff were excellent as I was leaving very early in the morning but would always find somebody waiting there at the reception site with my breakfast pack.

The room was in a quiet place very warm as it was beginning to be cold outside and very spacious too. and bed was comfortable pillows great and enough and i had packed breakfast well thought Items in my breakfast pack.
