We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsLayers of dust on non-visible parts of the room - top of the bed frame, cabinets. Shower flooding most of the bathroom. No lift to the third floor. During checkout, my card got charged without my consent.
The room was spacious, quiet location, the beds were very comfortable and in general, the hotel is very well maintained.

There is a CORONA Test Centre on the Ground floor in the hotel lobby providing quick test with free of charge, very convenient for taking the test and obtaining the official test result needed for the hotel checkin-in. Free parking for hotel guests. Easy check in / out. Friendly hotel staff. The room is modern and clean with good facilities. 1 x Double bed + 1 x Single bed = Perfect for a family to stay. There is a computer with a printer and A4 papers in the lobby which can be used by the hotel guests with free of charge. This is particularly convenient and thoughtful.
