The breakfast was pretty basic. No warm food like scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon etc. But you had bread, croissants, honey, marmelades, boiled eggs, yoghurt, puddings or cereal. The praline spreads also low quality. When we booked the room we had no tv working and no tv controller in the room. Thesw things were fixed after we told them. Also we didnt know but the room service cleans the room every two days, not every day. The fridge was also barely working.

The hotel was right in front of europa park, even the europa park hotels were not so close! There is a mini market from the hotel, that serves pizza till 22:00. The room is comfy. They let us get into our rooms earlier because we arrived too early and we had our baby with us.

Only net curtains and the lights from the park opposite shine in, also no kettle. The only way to get hot water for tea/coffee was from their small shop that appears to close at 10:30 ish, so bring your own travel kettle.

Room was nice and clean, I suspect the section of the hotel I was in had just had a refresh, a slight wiff of fresh paint in the air. Nice room with a comfy bed.

Foldable chairs at the litle table

Great location, next to the entrance of the park, only 2 minutes walk, we booked a family room but were given a 2 double rooms with connecting door so very spacious, clean, good beds and covers, foldabe table chairs not so comfortamble, we could leave our car on the hotel parking when visiting the park, simple but good breakfast. Pension was in renovation but because of holidays there were no works, got compensated with a coffee mug and chocolates. Different options for snack options lose by, kebab, pizza, sandwiches etc.

On the reservation is mentioned it was a room with bunk beds and it wasn’t. Disappointing for the kids but it was a 5 minutes problem then everyone was happy again.

Located just next to the Entrance of Europa-Park with free parking. Really enjoyed being this close. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but enough choice for the entire family to have a great start. Quiet rooms

There was no ventilation in our room. The temperature outside was around 20 and rainy, but inside it was 27 degrees. Luckily there was a fan and it had to work all the time otherwise it would have been impossible to be in that room.

Location is really really good if you plan to visit Europa Park and Rulantica. And it's not expensive considering the location.

The room was really hot, makes it difficult to sleep. There is no AC, so not much option to make it colder. Sound insulation was very weak, I was able to hear everything in next door.

Breakfast is excellent, personnel is friendly, location is perfect for Europapark visitors. Also liked the imbiss next to it, cheap and good food. Rooms are simple but comfortable except the heat

Rooms not sound proofed. We can hear from the bathroom what the guests in the adjacent room is doing in their bathroom.

The room is spacious and clean. Just across the main entrance of the Europa park, bus stops are in front, there is a pizzeria beside it there is also a convenience store which serves pizzas and sandwiches.

Our room was clean and the bathroom too but i just hope they would add a curtain that would cover the sun and i hope they would add a curtain in the shower too to avoid water spills

Tiny bathroom and had to climb steep stairs. Did not respond on Booking at all when we asked about an elevator or room on the first floor. Call if you got a guest with a disability.

Good location, near bus stop and main entrance to Europa Park. Affordable and tasty breakfast.
