We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenNo air condition in the room, it was a bit inconvenient to move from reception to another building. Also there were some closed pools and sauna so we could not ise the facilities as planned.
It was clean, comfortable beds and a nice view over the lake. Breakfast was fresh and with lots of things to choise from, really great!

Vitalia is a nice hotel at a very nice location. If you stay here you should teke the time to enjoy it. Spacious rooms, friendly staff - one wants to come back.

SwedenOur room was in an adjoining building which looked to be a mix of rental apartments and hotel rooms, so we had to walk with all our luggage and children a long way into a more run-down building, not what we expected at all. Our toddlers covers had also not be made up properly so I had to go back, get them from reception and do it myself.
The spa facilities were pretty good (even if the bubble pool was not working) View from the restaurant also has a nice look over the lake Breakfast was ok
