Poor Wifi in the room. Also I arrived a bit late and had to wait at the entrance a bit. But it means that the hotel closes at night and strangers can't go inside

The location was perfect for my needs. The price-quality is nice. I did not take breakfast but just because of my schedule - was leaving too early.

I had a very good stay at the Hotel Windsor. The inviting atmosphere, great location, well-equipped rooms, delicious breakfasts and friendly staff all contribute to a great stay. The hotel really can provide a well-rounded experience.

For a light sleeper the trains need getting used to, not an indication of any hotel fault but due to location.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds, the breakfast was also good and overall I would say good value.

The WiFi on the highest floor the we stayed would often lose its signal. Other than that everything was perfect!

The location is perfect. Right next to the stop of the regional train from the airport and the stop of the tram that goes to the centre of the city. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The breakfast had everything one could need and it there was slight variations each day.

Our stay was too short to be able to enjoy the full extent of the hotel. But ofc it’s not their fault, blame it on the lack of money hahaha

Very clean, staff was very friendly and welcoming. We could understand each other even if we weren’t speaking German and they were trying their best to help us as much as they could. The rooms are beautiful and spacious; feels like a londonian cocoon in Düsseldorf.

The only drawback is the absence of a tea or coffee maker in the room; one must go to the lobby to enjoy a cup.

I had a hole on my sheet (right in the middle...) and there was no WiFi password to be found at night - not in the room and not on the reception :(

The hotel is incredibly beautiful inside. The staff was nice. Everything was clean. The blinders made the room completely dark. Very close to the tram stop.

Unfortunately the wifi didn’t work the majority of our stay (both mornings and evenings). Cannot recommend it for business stays.

Well located boutique hotel with 30 min travel to Messe. The tram stops right outside the hotel. Really nice breakfast with many options including homemade waffles and eggs to order. Make sure to book a room facing the backside of the hotel. Several good restaurants in the area.

The hotel was as expected. I didn't have breakfast during my stay only because, the event I attended gave us free food. The bus and train station is outside the hotel making it easier to get around. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Keep in mind there is no elevator available, and you might have to do quite some stairs to get to the room.

Cozy room, the hotel aesthetic was lovely. Good breakfast options to meet all needs. The location has easy access to public transports and is close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The room I was in was a single room, which was rather small but sufficient for my use.

Room on the last floor has low ceilings, so space is somewhat limited. No juice on breakfast (or probably only on request).

Hotel building itslef is nice and outstanding - from immediate surroundings) Public transport and S-Bahn station nearby. Quiet.
