Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomPillow & Bed sheets could have been ironed and top layer bedsheet had some stains. I could not draw the curtains to allow more light into the room or admire the beauty outside. Rooms need to be cleaned thoroughly and properly. Including sofa and chairs.
I liked this hotel very much, staff was friendly and supportive. The view was beautiful to admire daily, the location is great and I felt relaxed staying there.

EgyptThe rooms they need to let sunshine in the room I had no access to remove the sheet blocking such a beautiful view.They need to do a better clean of the rooms as I found them not that clean the fridge, floor, sheets, sofa cushions, sick, was not cleaned. They also could do with descent chairs to sit on outside your room as the one there are ready to snap.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and would deffinately stay there again, staff are helpful, kind and polite. I liked the views, quietness at times and the beautifully cat with a beard.

The view is soo soo nice and beautiful in the night, and the location is so strategic for backpacker to find public transportation and they gave us early checkin without extra fund ... Overall is good worth ur money!

United KingdomFor the price this is a great spot with a nice clean pool. The room was large and the beds were comfortable! It is a bit of a walk from everything (but I think it's like that in Sharm wherever you stay!). Wifi is only in the reception so don't expect any in the rooms as it is quite a large premise. Only down point is that they completely ran out of toilet roll and I never had any in my room until my last morning - as long as you bring some yourself it's a good spot to stay.
