1. Dorm Door cannot lock outside, without keycard its some Unsafe 2. Some safe Lockers are broken outside, difficult to open 3. Bathroom area are Dirty & hot water item not working well 4. Dorm balcony is very Dirty, Sigerets buds, ashes, papers was there

The presentation-pics from hotel , really not telling the truth . It looks so nice and fresh at photos , but the truth is totally opposite . The location is in a small narrow alley, and almost impossible to find. The reception area was small but ok. Going to the rooms was thru a dirty, smelling entrance, looking like a demolition area , with random persons lying around sleeping in dirty sofas and chairs. Honestly , it wasn’t looking nice.

The room it self was not that poor. It was clean at arrival. The room had separate shower and toilet room, a tiny refrigerator , and a small bench with sink. The bed was very poor, with a rock hard mattress that was so uncomfortable that I did not sleep for two days. My back was in constant pain because the mattress .

Dirty, half the toilet seats were broken and the hostel rooms were in a separate building from the reception. There didn't appear to be any security there and there were no locks on the rooms, didn't feel safe

Towel 30 THB/ Staff are not so nice/ Bathroom and toilet are next level dirty always no toilet paper/ blanket super thin in cold AC room if you want extra you have to pay.

Near bts Nana, ac all day in share room that’s very nice, Close to drinking area, bed pretty comfy.

Good location but a bit too many bar girls and dirty old mans, I felt a bit unsafe to stay there as a solo traveller especially come back late from a night out. The staff was a bit rude. TOILET and shower are so dirty always no toilet papers! 30THB for towel. Not a fun hostel or anything but if you need to be close to central and NANA bts station is good not that far. Oh and no hand soap as well :( Overall its good for money but no pleasure whatsoever.

The ac was really good and fresh (Female dorm) Good Location,Wifi is ok,Bed is real hard but i like it ,big drawer to put your stuff. Close to Nana bts station and 7-11 just 30 sec walk.

all bathrooms were very dirty to use. asked staff about it, person responded that it will be clean only on next morning. bed was not clean. someone else started sleeping on my bed. this is management fault that they dont assign beds properly. all facilities are not in proper condition. handwash liquid was not available anywhere. room door was having issue and making noise. safety is issue as anyone can enter the room as gate doesnt close and doesnt need any access. drinking water was available only at hotel site not at hostel. staff was taking issues casually and not showing any interest to resolve them.

The bed, no curtains, no towels to use. The smell of the pillow and the sheets was like it's been used already. And you can see a rude woman stomping her feet like she doesn't care for those who are still sleeping. She's even naked and throwing her things like a psychopath like she owns the place. The management should put a reminder in any corner. The bathroom omg not clean at all.

There are no towel and I think the hostel did not mention it but if there are information about it Im sorr y I lost that information. Toilet is not that clean, No hanger in the shower room. I found chewed gum on the table in the upper bed and some junk which left by guest before me. Staff is not good in English. They are forget to give me a blanket and also is not on the bed. Thai women who stay in the same room as me and seem like stay for many days, she forget her card or lose or something but she knock the door at 2 am!

Hostel is not far from Nana BTS Skytrian and near 7-11 also street food which not much expensive. The room's space is ok, the bed sheet is clean enough. There are elevator, so it is quite comfortable for going up

As it is very close to the red light area, it is not a good place to stay for families and female travelers. They didn't clean the room although we requested them to.

The location is very close to the main road and BTS station. The room is spacious. Some staff (esp female staff) are very nice and warm.
