nothing that cross my mind, there is nothing I wanna point out as dislike.

the All inclusive meals and drinks in the hotel was really excellent and above that the service. the team ( specially Mahmoud and Emad ) and their manager M.Abd Aal are really doing a a great job, working hard to make everyone comfortable. I have two kids and both really liked the stuff and how helpful and smiling they. The beach is awesome, naturally beautiful, sandy and the depth of the water is gradual. variety of pools which serve both kids and adults. Alex by the kids pool did a great job and Hossam Hassan by the beach also. The reception was helpful, especially Mohamed and the view and structure of the hotel was really awesome. One of the best hotels I have been in, I have visited many countries I would definitely recommend this hotel specially to families and I wanna thank the great team work the hotel stuff are doing , awesome job 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻

I really liked the place and specially the people working there, starting from the reception where we started with Mr. Mohamed Gamal Mansour who was really helpful, attentive and also his colleagues, to the restaurants and everyone working there and special thanks to chef Mohamed Abd Elmonem who made great food that we really enjoyed, the room was great with great view and very clean, also i want to mention the house keeping team who did a great job with leaving a big smile on my kids face after seeing the swans they make on there beds through some towels. Kinds of wine is very limited, basically there are only red or white choice. However, this shortage can be covered by the good atmosphere of "kids welcome".

More than I expected. It worth of staying. Hospitality, pools, foods are all good. I can recommend Japanese community of Cairo. Especially, I stayed with two small kids but it was nothing, because there were so many small kids around. It was a good experience to get to know other countries family. All parents with small kids, I strongly recommend here.

Our experience at your hotel exceeded our expectations, from the room we stayed at to the food to the activities. Everyone at the hotel was beyond welcoming and we had the best time. Thanks for the reminder. Before we leave I'd like to thank from the bottom of my heart the kind service we received here in the hotel. From the cleaning staff Ehab, who did a great job in keeping our room comfortable during our stay and did beyond we would have expected! Thanks to the gym coach, Ahmed who is really really incredible, passionate and precious person, who gave me amazing and professional advices everyday I visited the Gym. He should be kept at all costs! And to the waiters and baristas, especially the super kind and very professional barista Salah, who did an amazing job with passion and professionalism.
