In overal we are happy with our visit. The meals were nice you can find different types of food every day and mostly delicious, the hotel's atmosphere was nice and quiet. SPA was nice, especially thanks to Walid Magdy who was a professional massage therapis.

Everything was perfect in hotel. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The staff is very friendly. Mohammed at the reception helped us a lot with early check-in and late check-out. When we come again, we will choose Laguna Vista hotel again. Thanks for everything

Only small pools were heated and it was crowded. The shisha served on Sky Lounge was not good. SPA prices are very high and they give different prices for everyone.

Room temperature & aircon at night was difficult to manage. Variety at breakfast wasn't as much as other meal times but there was something for everyone

Everything was fantastic!

We stayed there a week. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mohamed and Omar at reception who kindly arranged a birthday decoration for my son. Both of them continued to make sure we had a great time at the hotel. Also our housekeeper Ehab Sultan made sure we didn’t miss anything in our room and it was always well decorated and clean. The entertainment was fantastic. The food choice was great. We cannot wait to be back. Thank you all for this wonderful stay!

The evening entertainment started too late, at 9:30pm, also kids disco at 8:30pm. Some staff at the dinner were a bit rude, once we asked for a drink and the waiter guy turned away and started to talk to his colleague.

My kids loved the hotel. Heated pool was great, beach is nice. Food was ok, we always found something to eat, kids liked the beach bar. A big shout out for our housekeeper Mahmud, he is so nice, always treated us with a big smile and the room was so clean.

Resort pear should have had some small boats to rent for little visit to see and snorkel corals. Dinners should provide easy access for paper napkins, forks and knives as they were all the time lacking or with children you need them. Coffee was really great.

Great place for families. Our Coming in and leaving times were at late night, and there were no problems with that. Resort is big and there is Lot to do, spotless clean and food for all tasty. I really enjoyed maroccon food corner, and fish foods. Heated pools and water park are great. Modern full gym. Extra thanks to our room cleaner who made us funny and beatuful towel art 🙂
