Saad, Karim at the reception and Abdulaziz at the cafe were very helpful in everything. In general, all employees were very diligent and respectful. The hotel is big and very tidy. I will choose it again.

No free wifi in the room only in the lobby and door handle of balcony door was barely hanging by the screw making opening the balcony door difficult and a bit scary. Door need to be fixed.

Advertised as having several restaurants non of which were open other than the main buffet and the bistro so choice not great. Also very limited no. of bars open not care in providing drinks and certain bar staff need educating on customer service as some were very rude towards women

Our main issue about the property would have to be the cleanliness of the main buffet area, this is something that needs to be looked into. The tables remain sticky and are not cleaned to a high standard once guests have finished eating. There is also no organisation as to when guests enter the eating area. Upon arrival to the entrance, there should be someone there to welcome and explain the procedures of how the eating area works. It was difficult to locate a table for our family of 6 to try and sit together and eat. Some days, it would take up to 15 minute for us to find a table. Some form of basic English should be taught to the staff So that guests can communicate effectively with them. On A personal note, I found the front of house, staff reception, concierge, quite rude at times Again, communication was very poor. Some staff members could not understand or speak English to any sort of standard This was very disappointing considering the hotel claims to be five  Star. Don’t expect much from front of house reception when it comes to extras such as slight late check out each time I ask for anything It was you have to pay an extra $5 $10$15 This is probably the biggest difference between hotels in the UAE and Egypt. They always asks for money for anything a little bit extra could make your stay special  Don’t expect anything above or beyond from this hotel. A recommendation from me is not to use the in-house taxi service, which is very expensive to travel around Sharmel Are used a app called IN drive which is like  Uber and very cheap and easy to use and was very safe when travelling with my family.

Room Size was very good very big and spacious bathroom was a little bit dated but practical. Swimming pools for very big and excellent for the kids. lobby area was very spacious and nice to use it evening. Foods….lots of variety but tasteless & salty. The cleanliness isn’t spotless corners wasn’t properly clean skirting boards dusty & ledges dusty.

Surrounding, landscape, & amazing view in the beach, the lazy river although some part of it not in used.
