“Great family run Hostal in the centre of Bubion. There is plenty of on street parking around and on the way down to the Hostal. Staff were very friendly and checkin was easy and quick and there is a seating area with bar and fire that leads out onto a big garden terrace. There are also two more terraces on each floor with spectacular views down the valley to the coast. Rooms were very clean and compact with central heating and a view looking out onto one of the terraces. Bathroom was good with a great hot shower. The Hostal is traditionally beautifully decorated and is located within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and the sights. Excellent value for money.”
“A very comfortable pleasant apartment in Bubion, in the heart of the Alpujarras. We were staying to do some walking and exploring, and the apartment in Bubion is centrally located and also quiet. We especially liked the big terrace with views of the valley. The terrace overlooks a field and the valley, so you don't have any other houses or apartments immediately in front of you, which made it very quiet and peaceful. The terrace gets the afternoon, not the morning sun. It was great to have a functional kitchen, dining and sitting area so we could make ourselves at home. Overall the apartment was very cosy, rustic, authentic feeling. The supermarket is very close and a few bars + restaurants a very short walk away. The host, Janny, was very communicative and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!”
