We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThis is just a most awesome boutique hotel. Roses doesn't do itself justice in the photos and this hotel is one block from the beach in a nice quiet and safe area. It was decorated tastefully and we enjoyed every bit of the property. The breakfast was amazing and the highlight. The staff are so friendly. We stayed two nights. If we go to costa brava again we will stay here a week.

We liked everything. Lovely clean, light room and balcony, very, very helpful staff, lovely breakfast area with a choice of sitting indoors or out in small shady garden in the morning sun. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was located on the outskirts of Roses, on the edge of a tourist area but it was a pleasant walk into Roses along the sea front promenade.

Amazing staff so kind ,professional helpful .Great location 5 mins from the beach ⛱. Lovley room excellent shower . Great delicious breakfast served with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble thier manager must be very proud highly professional yet very friendly and kind so much personal detail . Would highly recommend and would definitely like to return one day. Thank you all very much all our best Whishes to you all.

United StatesWe had asked for a quiet room but unfortunately got one on the ground floor right underneath the stairs and next to the breakfast room so a lot of noise filtered through whenever a guest or staff used the stairs and prepared breakfast. Roses itself and the beach promenade, with no fault of the hotel, didn't have a lot of great food options especially for vegans or those who like to eat healthy.
The staff at the hotel is amazing, always friendly and did their best to accommodate all needs. While the breakfast didn't have many vegan options to begin with, they prepared some extra plates and dishes to accommodate. The room was very clean and cleaned every day. Fresh beach towels were always available. The beach is only a short walk from the hotel. Pool and other facilities were always clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

We booked this boutique hotel for one night and ended up staying for three nights. We absolutely loved it. The room had two patio doors, a window and a wrap around balcony. It was very spacious, comfortable and the decor was very tasteful and contemporary.

Great location, nice and quiet but still a short walk from the beach. Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Breakfast was great and the lady serving was very nice and remembered our drinks order the second morning 😊 Overall we had a great stay, perfect weekend getaway.
