Wi-Fi very weak throughout the hotel.

Helpful staff, nice clean room and bedding. Good view over mountains from room and balcony. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast continental- Adequate.

Very noisy could hear through the wall everything. Very noisy neighbors didn’t help. Second night much quieter. Breakfast was adequate but very basic.

C We could hear the tv and people talking in the next room..... Dusty under the beds (I'm asthmatic) The Wifi could be improved.

Location, Continental breakfast was fine for 3 days...friendly helpful staff. Did I mention the location??? The hotel is located on the edge of the village, nice and quiet, perfectly placed for daily rides to explore the spectacular surroundings. There were 8 people in our group (all in our 60's) and all said that they would stay here again. The bar was open for drinks all the time for both warm and cold drinks at a very decent price. We didn't use the spa so can't comment on that.

Lovely old hotel. We enjoyed the balcony and view. Great store within walking distance that sold everything. Undercover parking.

The breakfast was not worth the €7.50/8.50--no hot food, yogurts, etc. (Quite basic) Neither the restaurant, nor the spa was open. To be fair I was notified of this beforehand; but what good is a spa hotel with no functioning spa or restaurant!? They had troubles with the heating system, but it got addressed without too much discomfort.

The location was fine, and the view from my bedroom was good. The staff were helpful, and the house-cleaning staff were very accommodating.

There was no tourist information provided to help you find the tourist attractions in the area, which we thought strange. The Spa did not seem to be staffed and we could find no information on pricing etc. There were 2 vending machines in the reception area, both of which were empty, meaning you could not get a drink once the restaurant had closed and reception staff had left for the night.

The hotel was in a quiet location and parking was FREE, the room was an adequate size with nice views and good working air con. Breakfast was also included in the price, which was a standard Spanish Buffet with everything you needed to set you up for the day.

We needed to pay additionally for the SPA and Jacuzzi what was quite expensive for the time frame offered. as this was reduced due to probably Covid but not sure. The SPA was only 4 hours open a day ( 16.00hrs till 20.00) and the Jacuzzi was 30 euros for 1,5 hour as well in that same time frame. What frustrates me the most is that we paid upfront, and when we chose to have breakfast outside as the quality and possibility was poor ( Only one type of ham, no possibility on eggs, no fresh juices, but nothing was exposed or shown, and what was shown was industrial.. ect ect) Anyway we could get the money back from the other days we did not take breakfast even after contacting the hotel.
