It was a bit tricky finding the place and the parking is very snug

The hotel was really beautifully decorated and furnished. All small details had been tought of from choice of good quality washing liquids in the bathroom.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The owner took great care of us from the time we walked in the door, making sure we were comfortable, we had a safe place to park our vehicle, making sure we enjoyed a glass of champagne in their beautiful courtyard before even going to our room. We paid for laundry service and they ironed and folded everything and brought it to our room. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Abaca. When the owner found out we got engaged the previous day, she upgraded our room, gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne, and even left a handwritten note on the pillow congratulating us. Love, love, love!!!

all was very good - no negative comments

stayed in the tuscany room which had a lovely feel to it. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and well presented and staff very attentive. booked the couples massage on the roof which was an amazing experience. Fab location in old town of Altea x defo be back.

My partner and I had a short visit in Altea and stayed at hotel Abaco. We had to alter our booking and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel was stunning, rooms were beautiful, and great location! Can’t recommend this hotel more highly.

The fact that the AC wasn’t cold, and when we asked the staff about it, they said it couldn’t go below 22°C as it’s a central unit for the whole building.

The hotel is gorgeous, the staff were so friendly, and they truly go above and beyond to make the stay special.

2 free Bootles 250ml water but told the 2 500ml bottles in the fridge would be chargeable. No simple kettle to make a cup of tea just a pod coffee machine. Poorly double glazed window that let you hear everything outside. Roof terrace with no view. Would expect breakfast to be included for the price charged and not €17.50 each- we don't each much so just had coffee & croissant on the sea front

Great finish to the room. Nice welcome note on the bed and a heart made of red rose petals.Good size on suite with spa bath and separate shower. Good location.

Room was very small.

This hotel was a lovely surprise. Very friendly staff at the front desk and lovely room. Location is perfect right at the base of Old Town and easy 3 minutes walk to the beach.
