Everything was perfect!

Everything is just perfect. Excellent breakfast, nice staff, clean, lovely bed and bathroom, nice garden. The location is also perfect. The area is close to the main city and easy to walk and bike. Lovely restaurants around for breakfast, lunch and dining. 10/10🩷

Not an issue for me but it's a lot of stairs up to the 5th floor with no elevator (just for info). There's only one toilet and with four or potentially five people sharing, there needs to be good communication for the early morning routine to not cause stress ;-)

Location as a base for visiting many Valencia sights was perfect. Two double and one single bedroom all with their own privacy. Kitchen, dining and lounge area all with enough space for the four adults sharing. Lovely staff with good English (if that's what you need) but also some other languages such as Italian and obviously Spanish. Cold water dispenser in the reception area available 24x7 so you can fill your own bottles up.

The shower was really small. As in hard to turn around small, but all worked well.

Great location and a lovely room filled with light. Plenty of space with the garden room attached to the bedroom and had a fridge and tea making facilities.

The property has a great location in the city centre. We stayed in a nice, spacious and light apartment, with all amenities needed. The staff were very friendly and were so kind to take our suitcases to the fourth floor! We also appreciated the opportunity to leave our luggage at the property before check-in and after check-out.

Everything was great! Great location, you can walk to Mercat de Colón, and train station. Many choices of bar cafe and restaurant, a fancy cafe at the corner which is pink is elegant. Great room, private space and garden view that was nice. Great service, people here all kindly!! 𬇹朲䚾鉦*捖鎂玖掂｝ 㛹蜴䒵亻主

There is no elevator and I arrived at night so did a self check in and carried my suitcase up a flight of stairs. Not the worst thing ever, but if something could have been better- that would be it.

Room + bathroom was very nice and spacious. Great amenities in the room. Loved the a/c. Place looked extremely cute and navigating everything was no issue.

Our room 101 was a little noisy from the next room as the the wall is very thin.

Great location, quiet but central. Bike hire was really useful and the bikes were good! Some really nice cafes and bars in the area and it’s walking distance to many of the sights. The staff were very kind and accommodating, particularly letting us check out a little late when one of us got food poisoning the night before!

Noise. There's no soundproofing. You can hear everything what's going on in the room next door. Take earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Our room was facing a closed courtyard so we didn't hear any noise from the street. Our room was on the 2nd/3rd floor (depending on how you count) and there's no lift, stairs are pretty steep. Not a problem for us but it might be for some elderly people. Be aware of it.

Location is great, bed is comfortable, there is hot water and good water pressure in the bathroom, it was warm in the room (just the right temperature for me), fridge, hairdryer, amazing soft towels, soap/shower gel, kettle with tea, filtered water available for free, TV (didn't really use it), wifi was good. The layout of the room (basically two rooms) was interesting and unexpected, in a good way.

You can hear it from other rooms. The shower cabin is quite small, so someone bigger would have a lot of problems when showering.

The staff is extremely friendly and will help with everything you need. The location is excellent, well connected by traffic. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean.

The room was just what I needed nice and clean and bright, the bed was big and comfortable and I had a lovely sleep every night. The owners were around and ready to answer any questions.

Comfortable and friendly hotel, in a quiet area but still within walking distance of Valencia's old town. The backyard, available to guests, was very pleasant.
