The breakfast was good plenty of choice and well presented some of the hot choices were warm but there was a microwave if you needed them hotter. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a excellent location

The only negative was turning off the coffee machine at exactly 10.30am, when breakfast ended - just when another cup was needed. We did ask, but it was a definite "not possible as breakfast ended". This was despite there still being people in the room with food out on display and available. Minor point.

Booked one night as meeting friends. Well situated. Pleasant and friendly staff. The room was very nice and clean. Good size bathroom. We had a good sized balcony overlooking the pedestrian zone and the sea. Good buffet breakfast with a varied choice of hot and cold food. Parking is available in a multistorey public car park approx 5 minutes walk. Will definitely be booking here again.

Few steps going up from road to reception and hard to get suitcases up .

We stayed for one night and found the hotel to be comfortable and exceptionally clean. The location is fantastic close to all the shops, bars and restaurants in the old town of Benidorm and only a few minutes walk to the seafront. The staff where friendly, polite and so helpful. Breakfast was included in our room rate, which was very good and offered plenty of choice. All in all a very enjoyable stay and would definitely rebook this hotel again.

Breakfast. I stayed when there were still some minor COVID-19 restrictions yet all the guests had just one hour from 0830 - 0930 to have breakfast which made the restaurant overcrowded. After a late night and cheap wine who wants to be up that early? Also the hot breakfast was generally only slightly warm which detracts from the enjoyment and probably does not meet legal requirements.

it is in a very central location with most that Benidorm has to offer just outside the door. The hotel and the room were clean and modern.

A warm welcome by receptionist with clear directions for parking. All public areas and en-suite room spotlessly clean. There is a fabulous rooftop bar. Location perfect for town views and short walk to the beaches.

room did not have balcony

Great location and staff always go above and beyond , , The room we where put in on arrival was not what we where expecting as we had stayed here before we where expecting a balcony , the room we where put in was just a open window with a metal grill , and the smell of the drains where really overpowering , after raising the issue with the staff we where moved the next day , we did not get a balcony but it was a big improvement to what we where first offered , we where comfortable but would have preferred a balcony , if we book again would go through the hotel direct so we get the room that we require as we where told Bookings . com do not do a superior room

We booked a standard double room with double bed that was showing available online, when we checked in was 2 twin beds , spoke to the member of staff on reception who said that was it..
