The bathroom was moldy and the food wasn’t very healthy (breakfast), and the variety also wasn’t anything special. For example I lacked vegetables and more fruit.

I really like the terrace, it’s a nice space to chill.

the pillows were not comfortable at all. they were too small and that way it would have been the same if you slept without one. the breakfast was literally worth nothing.

The room was smelly like a gym locker room. And the place is really popular with youth groups so the breakfast buffet was complete chaos when I was there. I was trying to sleep in a little but there was thumping techno music coming from one of the rooms from 8 to 9 am. Toilet room was tiny and a pain to get in because the door opens in instead of out. This is definitely a place you stay purely to save money

The staff are super friendly. They deserve a 10 themselves. Good coffee and decent selection of breakfast items (salami, chorizo, cheese, croissants etc) in the morning. Location is good if you want to do some shopping. An upscale mall is right next door and it has a great food court. Not far to walk to Sans train station. Nice to have a toilet and shower in the room so you don't have to go out into the hall.

The breakfast, the coffee was horrible, the natural yogurt was too sweet, the fruit only allow you to pick one and the kitchen only opens at 10 which you need to wait if you want to breakfast other thing

This is not a youth hostel, this is a kids hostel. The place is ALWAYS full of kids. - The bathrooms in the room are not properly cleaned. - There is no soap or shampoo provided. No hair dryer either (not sure if they lend you one on asking, we didn't try) - The breakfast is passable, quite a few options but there is no importance given to cleaning. The trays/cutlery/glasses/cups are often found improperly cleaned.

- Location is okay, not quite central but well connected to public transport so easy to get around. - Plenty of food options in the neighbourhood. - Big enough personal locker in the dorm room. - Bedding is okay. - Helpful and english speaking staff.

The bathroom and toilet was small and there wasn't any soap in the bathroom.

The staff of the hotel was kind and very helpful, the breakfast was good and I could choose from a lot of options. The bed was comfortable and the locker was big enough for my stuff.

The ceiling was very low, which is uncomfortable for those who are sleeping on the 2nd floor of the bed.

The hight of the top bunk bed was too low for me (6 feet) to sit comfortably on the lower bunk.

I was cooking in the shared kitchen and went to the breakfast staff (right beside the kitchen) to ask for a bit of salt and the "boss" there was super rude to me and even went to the shared kitchen later to check if I was cooking with something else from the breakfast restaurant. Why such an overreaction over a bit of salt?

Great breakfast. Huge shared areas. Kind of well located if you consider the proximity to public transport. Good AC.

It's more like for schools group, families... I didn't appreciate the fact that at 11pm the man at the reception was closing the only space that was a place to meet people. The bathroom wasn't clean.

The A.C stopped working on my second night, had to open the windows to bring in air, not bad though. What was bad, is that I was given a certain bed number "7", and I found that someone was occupying that bed when I checked the room. The receptionist offered me to use another bed within the same room but with the same locker number as the original bed I had "7". The next day, after bed "7" was unoccupied, the room service collected my belongings in a bag and give it to the reception desk. I was surprised when I came back to the hostel that my belongings where collected without my permission and that the reception is asking me to move back to my original bed "7" as it is now free. It wasn't me who decided to take another bed, why would you collect my belongings? you could have kept everything as is since my checkout was the next day anyway!

The hostel is very quite and is located in an area a bit away from the busy center, it is also designed to accommodate those with special needs. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful.
