Got nice sea view at the 5th floor, but it's possible to get a view right to other hotel which is like 5 meters away. Rooms are clean, the bathroom lock didn't work tho.

Noisy area, I was visiting the same hotel last year and this year it felt even worse. Drunk people yelling at the night, driving mopeds and cars like crazy. If you close the balcony door then noise is tolerable, but then you need to keep AC on (which also makes annoying himming noise), because the air gets stale quickly. Room is missing rack to dry clothes. Wifi is paid (but have unlimited data package on phone solves that).

The hotel looks modern, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, bus stops. Nice pool and pool area, good pool bar. Staff is friendly. Rich selection at the breakfast bar. Room large enough, with air conditioning.

No parking but there is parking a short walk away or on the street is possible otherwise it was very good for the price

The location around the hotel wasn't great, felt a bit dodgy at night and drunk people around yelling ect. It's fairly loud on thew street at times so sleep with ear plugs. But generally its fine here, during the day was all good nearby but good to stay here if it's just to sleep and be out most of the day. The male staff member wasn't helpful at all. Rather rude when asked simple questions. We asked the other staff member about parking and just said wherever, when there's actually a number of parking areas around - there's one up the street on the right which is a big gravel area for cars, it can get really busy but managed to get a spot each time there. A glass accidentally broke in the bathroom sink as it slid in from the side, and the it couldn't be cleaned up until the next morning - was a bit annoying we couldn't use the sink.

The hotel itself was fine and the room was fine. Was all good for our needs for the room, we weren’t there much, we were out all day driving to the beaches on the other side of the island and came back to sleep.

The women who clean the room did not want to leave clean towels, but left the already used and dirty ones on the chairs to dry. And when you ask for a clean towel, they don't give it to you because you have one clean one and that's not enough for two people who came to the sea 😮

The breakfast and dinner staff as well as the chefs were excellent and I would also like to commend the pool bar staff.

In a very noisy area at the very end of the beach. However public transport (bus) is very close, so its easy to get to Palma. Not a 4 or 5 star hotel but good value for money. Staff wwas very friendly especially the ladies by the pool.

We paid for two lots of wifi for the week however the signal on the 4th floor was very poor and we could barely access internet with it so this was frustrating. Due to being on the 4th floor we did not struggle too much with noise, however the resort in general is very much a party resort for young groups - which we did not realise when booking. The staff at the hotel could be friendlier. There was no fridge in the room to store bottles of water, which we did find a bit inconvenient in 36 degree heat.

The hotel was clean, affordable & in a great location in terms of accessing the beach, shops and restaurants. We paid extra for a sea view and the view was absolutely lovely. The room was modern and clean. The aircon in the room worked perfectly. The pool area was nice & clean, with a big pool and friendly lifeguards. The breakfast was repetitive however the food was always nice & it was a nice added touch. It was my birthday whilst away and the cleaners helped my partner to put balloons up & have champagne in the room on arrival which was nice.

The fact that we have to pay for wifi is absolutely absurd. Not only that, the wifi didn’t even work in the room. We live in 2023. Everyone needs access to the internet. What if there’s an emergency? The owners really need to consider this instead of charging for wifi that doesn’t even work. Towels every two days policy. That is honestly really bad, unhygienic and very stingy of the hotel. Every single hotel must provide fresh towels daily. That’s not even something to debate about. If they provided the above, I would’ve given them the highest score.

The staff were really helpful. Especially the woman receptionist from a Chinese background who I regrettably forgot her name. Matthias and Alejandro were superb. I’d like to give a shout-out to the cleaners who were very helpful too.

No towels for the pool, room is not soundproofed so if your neighbours like mines my last night are disrespectful and noisy in the hallway you will hear everything

No pakring. No free wifi. Not quiet in the room, I heard everything from the corridor and room beside and the room above. Popular for yound people so it was very noise.

Lack of possibility to get hot water in the hotel (no kettle in room). Loud neighborhood

The windows are not soundproof you can barely sleep, it's very noisy. The traffic in the day time and the drunk people in the night can be very disturbing. Although it's not the hotels fault, I believe that soundproof windows should be installed. No AC in the room just a fan on the ceiling, The TV was about 17 inches, No fridge, To use the safe you have to pay extra, To use the WiFi you have to pay extra.

It was a cheap location compared to others in the area. It had a rich and full breakfast and a decent view of the seaside from the balcony on the 5th floor. The location is reasonably close to the bus stops that can take you to Palma to Campos or the airport.
