The rooms were rather noisy; that being due to furniture being scraped across the floor in the room above and children jumping up and down on the beds! We appreciate the hotel cannot be responsible for the inconsideration of other guests.

Choices on the continental breakfast was varied and plentiful. The 3 person room was comfortable although the bathroom, whilst very clean and including a bath/shower, was 'compact'. Clearly, the best use of available space had been made.

There happened to be construction across the street when we stayed there and so it was very noisy already at 8 am the following morning and so it was difficult to have a good sleep in.

Was wonderful to have a balcony attached to the room. The room was very clean and the bed was also quite comfortable. The staff members were very friendly and we even got a complimentary bottle of what when we checked out.

Sometimes there was a smell in the room, but only a few times,must have come from the drains??

The hotel is a lil nosey but this is no fault of the hotels it’s just a nosey area and as it being a cheap hotel you get a lot of party goers so you get the noise from them also, but that was okay.

The staff the owner was so lovely and so kind, he really made our stay that special! We actually left a very expensive watch and glasses which the hotel contacted us for and we got them back, the staff are honestly amazing !

Very accommodating, staff very friendly, rooms clean and modern. We were given free upgrade, shower very powerful, and a lovely deep bath. Terrace very spacious, quiet location. Central and close to tram station. We were room only so cannot comment on meals etc. We were given huge chilled bottle of water for our journey home. Would we recommend to others ? YES Would we stay again? YES Value for money? YES

This is a very affordable hotel. A little basic but it is very clean, the staff are very friendly and it has a great location. Highly recommend for anybody travelling on a budget.

I was glad that it’s in a basicly quite street because I wanted to have some nap but the housekeeping staff was too noisy speaking loud in the corridor (I can’t complain about the service) even though nice staff but should be more quiet in case if somebody is sleeping and not knocking on the door when “don’t disturb” sign is on.

Good location close to beach and restaurants and in the same time it was not in a busy, noisy street. Well equipped. Reception is for 24 hours, great service. Room is big enough, with balcony.

Excellent location, clean room and good breakfast (eggs, ham, cheese, croissant, fruit...) and very helpfull staff who gave us a nice information and a bottle of water, on check out for free.

Staff very welcoming, gave it a homely feel, cleaned room every day. Breakfast was plentiful and so much choice. Rooms a decent size with quite big balcony and we found the location was great. Value for money exceptional.

right from manager to all staff absolutely brilliant room it self hot water and good shower pressure enough room for us loved location 5mins to beech old town 6mins but the nice thing is you donte have to go far bars restaurants show bar just turn left outside hotel just keep walking upwards towards show bar corner of main road we had a lovely stay thank-you to all staff
