Reception was closed when I arrived and nobody answered when I called. But shortly after they came and I got the keys

I had a direkt view to the sea and very close to the beach. Personal that worked there were so friendly both the young guy and the women. The room and balcony were big enough and clean. The room was well equipped for 2 people

Furniture a little old-fashioned. Sound carried from rooms next door. Nearby shops and cafes closed when we stayed ( in January).

Make the flat a little more homely, maybe a couple of pictures on the walls and a couple of rugs. All white paint and tiled floors, made it look very stark, but we stayed over Christmas, maybe looks different in the summer.

Double balcony and beautiful sea views on frontline. We paid extra for parking on site and for our dog. Quite road outside for exercise and 40 metres from sea front. No dogs on beach. Bus Stop within 50 metres.

It will be nice to have an extra duvet or blanket in the winter months. Please provide information about WiFi in the room.

The location was absolutely amazing, just in front of the Poniente beach. Easy check in and check out. Accommodation was basic but very clean. The bus stop just a few meters from Bahia apartments . A very good value for money Highly recommended.

The microwave timer was not functional, so I had to rely on my phone timer. Additionally, I had to manually light the hob gas burner with matches, resulting in a few accidental burns. Furthermore, the walls between the apartments were quite thin, allowing me to hear people talking, sneezing, and even mobile phone notifications. I had to fight the urge to say 'bless you' to the sneezes.

The view, the cleanliness of the apartments, and shared spaces were remarkable. I noticed the cleaner diligently tending to rooms daily, brushing and changing towels and bedding. The landscaping was well-maintained, with staff actively engaged in its upkeep. The decor of the shared areas was beautiful, adorned with decorative colored tiles and mural paintings. I stayed in apartment 206 and had a good view of the beach from the balcony. The staff were helpful and polite. Notably, when I needed the gas canister refilled, it was done within 15 minutes.

Clean towels only every 3 days and quality of towels very thin....Bed change on 6th day instead of day 3 or 4..( What is the point on the day before you leave having clean sheets put on.. Cleaner then has to change bedding the next day for new guests.. No cleaner at all during week to empty bins, clean toilet and bathroom..I had to look for a cleaner to ask for more Loo roll during our stay.

I liked everything, but the apartment is basic but has everything needed and worth the money.

The location of the apartment was excellent, literally a stone throw from the beach, and the views were excellent. Quiet and peaceful but good restaurants and other eateries within walking distances, and you can walk further towards the main centre down the sea front or transport is easy to use.

The kitchen is very small and there are not enough power points, so that you have to keep unplugging one appliance in order to use another. The studio kitchens have a microwave oven, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, and a two-burner gas hob, but there is no oven or grill and very little worktop space. There are no laundry facilities. The cutlery, cookware, and tableware provided could best be described as basic.

The Bahia has apartments on three floors. The lower floor is above street level, accessed by steps from the street. There is a lift serving the middle and top floors. All of the apartments have balconies facing Poniente Beach, accessed from the apartments via sliding, double-glazed doors. The lower and upper floor apartments have wind-down sunshades that cover the whole of the balcony. The middle floor balconies are shaded by the upper floor overhang, so all of the balconies are shaded from the sun and all are equipped with outdoor tables and comfortable chairs. Bed sheets and towels are changed regularly, and the general standard of cleanliness is very good. My studio apartment was surprisingly spacious. The bed-sitting area and bathroom are larger than you might expect,. There is a generous supply of storage spaces, cupboards, drawer units, and wardrobe, plus an indoor table and chairs.

Lovely spot in La Cala Benidorm, close to the beach. Great sea views from the balcony and some lovely bars and restaurants nearby.
