Best Spanish hotel we have stayed I

Had to pay €8 a day for parking.

The location and staff where all very good. Breakfast was excellent, rooms are a bit dated but fine enough, i did ask for double bed but got two singles but not a big issue as only there for two nights.

Too quite round pool.needs music or games

Beds were ok, not particularly comfortable. Check in, even with online options, seems more complicated than necessary.

Had to pay extra for jacuzzi indoor pool and sauna whereas other 4* hotels include in price

The restaurant evening meal wasn't good valve pretty bland unexciting food...also it would seem that 75% of guests were British but the entertainment was very European..

The location was superb the view was spectacular also plenty of sunbeds with no reserve ..

We didn't have dinner here so can't comment on that but the breakfast wasn't anything special. Sadly the coffee was particularly grim but hey ho, it's a minor point. On the roof top next door is a lovely restaurant.

This a nice hotel in a great location. If you want to be close to the beach, this is the one! They have secure parking which is very convenient and I suspect this is a great feature in the summer when it's busy. The pool area is very nice and overlooks the beach. There is also a convenient access down to the beach.

outside cleaners using loud raised voices when communicating with each other around pool area early in the morning... food offering needs to be looked at, trying to pander to what someone thinks is British food and failing embarrassingly, more spice in the black pudding that what they think were "curry" dishes. "Windsor soup"??????? fried bread , i could continue, oh yes yorkshire puddings, and this is catering offering is centrally directed, that must mean the chain is producing the same menu's. This can not help guests frrom other countries than UK want to visit Britain, its re introducing to them the stereotypical 40 year old view of food in the UK.

The English TV programmes were limited and the signal was very weak causing the picture to freeze

No tea or coffee facilities in our room 816. Hairdryer attached to wall so had to stand uneasy on my legs unfortunately. Room could do with updating, a little tired.

No tea /coffee facilities in the room. Requested double room but although hotel didn’t seem busy we were allocated a twin room! Electric window blind did not close after it was opened on entry to the room.

Location excellent , bar & staff very good great choice of food in the restaurant. Easy to park car at the hotel in secure area.

Dinner was too late at 8pm for me so I ate out There’s no cafes nearby No bus service either I knew of Also lunch wasn’t offered apart from snacks at the bar but for me I needed gluten Free but only one choice of cheese and ham sandwich which was 2 very small slices of gf bread there should have been more slices like servings of normal bread to guests
