Always straight forward and friendly staff. Ideal location on the sea front in old town. Ideal location for shops and tapas alley and by bus stop for the airport transfers. Also by the port area for the boat trips.

Nothing even picking keys up from next door in Mar Blau was not a problem and the staff helpful and courteous

Nothing particularly. We had a slight issue with the sofa bed being uncomfortable, but this was rectified very quickly. The door handle/lock into to the bathroom was faulty, but again this was reported shortly prior to departure so that it would be fixed by maintenance in time for the next guests.

The property fully met all of our expectations. It was basic but very clean and provided all of the amenites we required for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were always helpful. This is the second time I have stayed at these apartments and I would recommend without hesitation. They are located in fantastic position at the side of the Old Town/balcony and all apartments have a seaview. The large balcony overlooking the walkway and beach was lovely and the rooftop terrace was a bonus. The restaurant and bar downstairs is great to grab a refreshment or food - both the food and cocktails were delicious. Refuel a little further on the road is also a good recommendation.

The beds were really uncomfortable and sleeping on them gave me back pain. The whole room smelled very strongly of cleaning chemicals upon check-in. Over the top strong which required airing out the whole apartment including the bed linen.

The location is good and the view from the balcony is great.

The receptionist was very pleasant and very helpful. A good location opposite the beach and a short walk to the 'old town' shops and restaurants.

had a small issue with gas cooker couldnt light the rings phoned reception who couldnt help and there wasn't anybody available who could!luckely our neighbour who spoke Spanish helped with rhe assistance from a cleaner!

There Is very little kitchen equipment provided f you want to self cater This was not a problem for us but it would have been useful to have more cups,,glasses etc

The terrace is wonderful but definitely needs more comfortable sun beds and could do with a couple of parasols. The TV in the apartment is good but only has bbc1 and 2 and 2 old English movies channels. It would be perfect if they could get the itv channels as well. Apart from that, all great.

The very best thing is the closeness to the beach and the brilliant view from the balcony. Also the staff specially Mia, were so understanding and accommodating. The apartment is clean and bright, basic but has all you need. Will be back soon.

1) Because of its centre location, it's always noisy (you need to close the window to avoid noises)

Room a bit dated towels worn Was there for a week cleaning of roomonly every 7 days as in clean sheets

Had a great hoilday staff at hotel were great but found the apartment a bit dated 10 out 10 for veiw towels could be up dated to were very worn
