Loved the location,beachfront.The apartment was clean with 2 single beds and sliding doors to the living area with a bed setee then the balcony.kitchen had cooker,fridge freezer and enough crockery although we didn’t eat in.Staff very friendly and helpful.would definitely use it again

Towels didn't get changed during put stay.. key card failled a lot of the time but that is just being a bit picky

Location was excellent, appartment was large enough for the five of us, bathroom was large and shower powerful.. 2 bedrooms were of a good size and the living room had a single chair and a settee which both turned into beds.. staff always helpful and when the reception was shut reception next door was avaliable.. all the balconies look out over the beach and the sea and what a view

Dog next to us barking when the owner left it every night from 9pm onwards. Luckily, the dog listened to me when I leaned over the balcony and chatted to him softly and told him everything was OK. Lovely dog and not his fault!

Clean and comfortable as usual. Our request for a high room was satisfied with the 4th floor room. High enough to see over the palms and lessens the noise from the busy bar below. Thought after reporting the loss of all water to the apartment was dealt with quickly and effectively by the night porter on duty. He was very apologetic but also very concerned and dealt with a difficult situation well.

Cleaning service halfway through a 10 night stay would have been appreciated. This is a suggestion only, as we knew in advance this would not happen.

Location for old town excellent. Spacious and clean. Great views of sea and coastline.

Perfect location, an absolutely amazing view from our balcony overlooking the beach. The restaurant/bar next door is fantastic. I can't fault anything at all. Mia, the lovely girl on reception was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area and nothing was too much trouble for her. We will be back!

Sofa bed could do with some cushions as it's very deep so feet didn't reach the floor, and maybe some wall art or a plant. Was just a little bare but very comfortable. A guide for using TV and cooker would be useful.

Mum and I stayed in the superior penthouse...wraparound view of Poniente and a balcony bigger than my home! Staff friendly but not intrusive. Clean with comfy beds and pillows. Everything provided for our stay. Perfect

A few things could be improved such as providing tea towels to dry the pots after washing them due to limited drying space. The toilet seat was also a bit loose. I struggled to operate the sofa bed so perhaps some easy instructions may have benefitted.

Great location opposite the beach. The penthouse is a brilliant spot if you want all day sun bathing! Clean apartment and helpful staff on site during the day.

The shower although spotless clean, tended to flood outside of the shower cubicle, so you had to be careful to get the pressure just right. It was lovely though non the less. Also we arrived at 11am and although we could leave our luggage at reception we had to wait until 5pm to get into our room. We had to be up at 04.00 am in England to check in at the airport so it a very long day when we just wanted a shower and a little nap.

Mia was very helpful and a pleasure to talk too. We would definitely return and recommend it to friends and family.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property Only thing is I felt it was a bit tired looking and needed paintwork freshened.

No rubbish bags for waste, no tea towel for drying dishes, plug-in bedroom would not take adapter could have done with socket next to sofa bed.

Veiw from penthouse breath taken, Staff very professional and happy,Rooms spotless and with all the facilities you need cooker,fridge,microwave,air-conditioning,TV. Supermarket just around the corner. Fantastic bar/restaurant attached to building.
