slightly outdated bathroom dirty ( stains on upholstery) and outdated sofa in the living room : the sofa was not fully fixed in the folded position, and when it was laid out around the sleeping place iron parts stuck out everywhere; it would be dangerous to put a 4-year-old child to sleep there. We had to sleep all together in the bedroom

Comfortable apartment with all mod cons. We had a terrace with morning sun and beautiful views to the sea and the beach. Location is good and in walking distance from the beach. Underground parking under the complex was very handy. WiFi and beds excellent. It is nice to be welcomed by a friendly person for a change and not have to find a key in a key box ;-)

Very well equipped and comfortable apartment close to the beach. Quiet location. There was secure parking available, but we had no trouble parking across the road from the entrance for free.

No oven in the apartment but that was a minor issue.

Beautiful building with spacious apartments in attractive coastal village. Accommodation was spacious and comfortable, with lovely views of the beach. The apartment was well equipped, the bedroom was a good size and comfortable. There was a well equipped kitchen and pleasant living/ dining area.. I was pleased there was secure on site parking.

Check-in is until 20.00 ( we arrived later and felt that we caused some issues to person who received us) and we have never received reply to a message we wrote via booking platform. However, staff in general was very nice and we where assisted at the property.

The location was perfect and in general apartment is very nice, well equipped and rather big. we have paid a little extra for the private parking ( you can also park on the street) that permitted us an entry to an underground parking with elevator to the door. really convenient.

Our second stay in these lovely apartments which are spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped. Very friendly and helpful staff, short walk to seafront with great choice of bars and restaurants. 30 mins drive to Santander. Also, don't miss Museo de Altamira, great place to visit on a rainy day.

Unfortunately we were housed in the room right at the top of the building. Although we were told that the roof was sloped, we didn’t quite realise just how much of the apartment this applied to. There were a few sore backs at the end of our stay. we were also really disappointed not to have a terrace or balcony, as this was an element we had specifically sought out in our search.

beautiful building, very close to beach and lots of lovely bars & restaurants. Beautiful sea view from the windows. the apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. lovely staff, polite and friendly. we loved the surprise gifts of milk & eggs - so thoughtful.

The very busy & noisy junction directly in front of our terrace. We found the chairs in the living room uncomfortable. An oven/grill would have been useful.

Great value for money.Easy access to or from Santander. Underground parking for motorbikes Clean quite apartment with kitchen facilities.Nice walk to bars restaurants, but dont forget this is real Spain so not many open on a Monday.
