Only 2 ring cooker - not worthy of a complaint

Didn’t like the fact we had to wait until 3PM to get into our room when we arrived at 10AM (as we stated in the booking) it’s a long time to wait and keep yourself busy especially after a flight when you want a shower/freshen up etc. Can only imagine how annoying it would be for a family with kids etc

The check-in was not good. We booked a Superior room for 2 adults + 2 children but they only had registered 2 guests. We were lucky that we arrived 20 minutes before the recepcionist left and they managed to include the extra bed. However, the message was that we didn't do the booking right and we had to leave a deposit until they confirmed the day after that everything was right. I have double checked and it really seems that via Booking these type of reservations only include 2 guests, so have this in mind if you have 2 kids and make sure that they have this into account. Another point is the noise from the other rooms. We were on the ground floor and we could hear almost everything from the family staying on top of us.

The animation they have during the day for kids and families is great and keep you entertained for those days with no plans. Their breakfast was also great.

No aircon in rooms may be an issue in the height of summer . A buffet brunch is offered all morning but my personal preference is I would have liked the option to just get a lighter snack in the morning.

Good location , very clean and well maintained. A small cosy hotel with very friendly helpful staff . Nice bar area and lots of sunbeds . Small mini market in the bar area was useful although there are shops and a supermarket in walking distance.

We came with a group friends and we rented two apartments. The one for 3 people was super clean and renovated, but the big one (for 5) had a bit old facilities and the guys found cockroaches in the living room and kitchen like 2-3 times… I know that it’s a general problem in Tenerife, but in my opinion hotels should pay more attention to it.

Location of the hotel was great (supermarket, bus station and the city centre nearby), the stuff was very nice and easygoing and beds were super comfortable.

Good place to stay. Lovely pool and lounge chairs. But there was little ventilation in the room, therefore at night it wasn’t easy to cool the apartment. Also, quite dusty when we arrived, despite a cleaning person doing a daily round. Almost daily got clean towels and sheets. Kitchen good enough, but some utensils (like wooden spoon for cooking) missing. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Walking distance (15 min)to the town and beach. Always easy to park our rental car out front (for free).

The room we requested wasn't available on arrival, so we were put in a different room for one night (it was still lovely), which they were very apologetic about and then moved to another room the next day.

Lovely big room and friendly reception staff. Room was also very clean and had a lovely sunny balcony.

Shower was a bit unregulated, hard to find correct temperature. WiFi was in and out at times, which was strange , bad signal ? Found it difficult to boil saucepan on new hot plate ..instructions were unclear . Didn't eat buffet breakfast as it was €23 a head a bit steep ...but if you like Cava and other drink offerings and a big brunch , maybe worth it ? No deal breakers here just worth a mention.

Spotlessly clean complex with very helpful staff and very large appartments with lots of extra facilities as in tennis courts , splash area for children , showers and luggage room for check out for late flights, gym etc . Lovely pool but needs a lot of sun to heat it up ! Central enough if you don't mind a 15 minute walk to Cristionos beach and main restaurants but there are quite a few restaurants closer if suits . Cleaning service for appartments excellent with loads of clean towels.

Our room had a lot of small ants but our neighbors did not. Pool area not easy access with stroller or wheelchair. Splashpark in shade and has cold water.

This hotel is set a good walk from sea front and up hill most the way, The rooms are a good size, There is no air conditioning but there are fans so may be not suitable for high season it may be to hot at night, Bar menu could be improved , Views from rooms very good pool or sea view or both, Overall would recommend .

Cleaning was not of high standard - floors were not always cleaned. The towels were changed only on certain days, the rest of the time they were just folded back to the hangers and I found it confusing to figure out if I was using my old towel or that of my travel buddy. House keeping entered on two occasions around 9 a.m., which I found to be very early. The twin beds were a bit narrow.

Good value for money. Very spacious room/linving room. Very good breakfast buffet. Easy check-in/out. Supermarkets and shops in the area. 20 mins walking to the beach.

Was lovely and peaceful, the location was up a hill however there was a nice quiet strip of bars just down the road with the sports on. Was ideal for going on a walk with a trail close by. The pool area was nice and clean, not noisy, and the staff were very friendly.

Breakfast is expensive. Laundry was broken all time.

Hotel is really nice. There is good Pool bar. Sara organinized nice program for the children! It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach.

The splash zone was half of the times not working with any reason given. The Children animation is really not up to par. The English folk that were staying there during our stay were rude beyond belief. One huge guy, constant drunk and loud. Nobody from the hotel dared to confront him because of his size and attitude. One night just on the balcony at 02:00 screaming and talking to other English people on balconies 15 meters away. It's not the hotels fault, but there need to be some security or something. Without this English people experience I would give this place an 8 instead of a 7. They were renovating the hotel inner court place. Understandable, but why did this have to happen in the busy summer months?

The place we got was huge and exceeded our expectations. One terrace, one balcony, multicolor apartment with two bedrooms with both private bathrooms. A kitchen and bathrooms was also situated on the ground floor. The food was magnificent at this place. great variety to choose from. Every night you could have two proteins freshly baked for you if you wanted to. Splash zone for kids is great. We had different hotels during our stay in Tenerife and this one was definitely the better one.

Room was perfect, very spacious and clean! Life guard at the pool all the time. One girl doing Entertainment and she was lovely with the kids. Bar staff so lovely in particular the guy who does be there in the evening. Would definitely return

Through no fault of anyone’s there is quite a few ants about, however each room does have a can of spray which does work and it’s not really something that can just be fixed. We did have a slight issue in our room, a piece of the flooring around the kitchen tiles had become loose which we didn’t notice until it scratched my toddlers leg when they were crawling around however the hotel couldn’t be more apologetic and it was fixed before we even went back to the room 10 mins later, we were also given free drinks at the pool and late check out on our last day for free due to this.

Big spacious rooms, close by to local pubs, Restaurants and supermarkets, friendly staff, nice little pool bar and shop, lots of sun beds which people didn’t have to wake up early for as they were locked up until 10am which was really nice
