Apartment was very nice and clean and with all the necessities! Location is great with center, metro, stores and restaurants at a walking distance. Miguel was super nice and helpful.

I don't like that they charged extra for guests that didn't show up on the booking.com estimate when I specified 6 guests. However, both other hotels and our rental car also charged more than the booking or expedia agreed upon rate.

Attentive staff that helped us with late check-in. He looked like Danny DeVito and was very friendly and spoke no English. Apartment was great and exactly as described and pictured. Navas is a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood and the location next to the Metro station is SO close. It's also convenient to walk to La Sagrada Familia and other places (20-30 minutes to LSF; farther to other places)

Very good location, city center, but quiet and peaceful. Close to a cafe, shop and metro station. The kitchen is well equipped, you can drink coffee on the balcony in the sun :)

The furnishings are rather old-fashioned.

Location, communication with the host. The apartments had more space that we expected, nice balcony and a yard. Lots of various appliances - coffee machine, hairdrayer, lots of dishes, pans, pots. Two bathrooms. Close to metro.

Bedroom mattresses are not comfortable - I was feeling springs by my back + pillows are quite small. The owner doesn't speak English at all. He brought some agreement I have to sign, which was written in Spanish. There is no basic groceries in the kitchen (e.g. sugar/salt/oil) - not mandatory thing, but really nice to have.

The apartment is located in quite, but very close to all activities locations. It takes just 15 minutes to achieve city centre. There is metro station close to the building and bus stop few hundreds meters close. Apartment is big enough to fit 4 persons - it has enough closets. It has heating which is needed during night time. Kitchen is big enough and has all needed tools

Perfect locatiion, just a couple of minutes from public transport. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood. A short bus trip away from the beach and very close to the Sagrada. I would definitely go back.

Everything… The apartment accommodated all three of us perfectly. There was even an additional room for somebody else. The balcony to the street makes it very romantic and relaxed environment to enjoy any meal during any time of the day. Miguel, the host , was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Some small points, no big complaints - The wifi was quite poor, or the correct one was not working and we had to a get the wifi of the neighbouring house - There was a coffee machine and kettle but no tea coffee sugar salt etc. - The host spoke absolutely no English so that is a small challenge

Comfortable apartment for a family of upto 6 people close to Basilica Sagrada Familia. 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, that is a good mix for a family of 6. It is located at a calm and quiet location away from the rush of the inner city. Host has a parking on site for some additional cost so that is quite convinient especially if you are coming to Barcelona with a car. Quite a few cafes, restaurants and bakeries nearby so that helps. It is nothing fancy but considerig the prices of other properties in Barcelona, this is a more than a decent choice.

The apartment is located in a silent, not too busy area near the L1 metro line. It was easy to get to the centre 15-20 minutes.

Location just 20 mintues by underground from the Sagrada Familia, there are supermarkets and shops nearby and the metro station is literally 2 minutes far. Very clean, as shown in photos and the host was very kind and helpful with any questions we had!

The apartment was clean enough for Barcelona, and everything was usable, but it does need a more thorough clean, had to wipe some of the surfaces ourselves(not a big deal, but this can be improved)

The host, Miguel, is a cool guy, got along very well and he even arranged a taxi for us, kept our bags for half a day, overall good attitude. The apartment is in a quiet area close to shops, metro, buses, so once you are done with the day you can rest. Kitchen was equipped with what we needed, coffee machine, pots, pans, washing machine, dishwasher, etc Air conditioning was working but we did not use it as the apartment was on the 1'st floor and it was cool enough for us.

The owner was fantastic! He spoke a little English and between gestures and Goggle Translate, we worked it all out. He met us early and let us store our luggage until checkin. coming off a 15 day cruise, that was truly appreciated—he even set up our taxi to the airport when we left! The apartment was very comfortable—we would definitely book again!
