Great location; possibility to park a car (it was an underground garage located 600m from the apartment, 350m walking distance) for free. Clean apartment; washing machine in working order; good communication in English with the owner. Nice views from the windows.

The property is dated, but in good condition. They need new mattresses because their mattresses are very old and dated and too soft and spongy.

The location is very central and it’s very easy to access and enter an exit. It’s on the top floor and has good views and it’s large and spacious and was very clean and everything worked well. It comes with parking in a private garage. And it’s pet friendly!

Parking is strictly available to 12 o'clock on the checkout day. There wasn't warm water in the bathroom. This might be an isolated case but for us it was very inconvenient with two kids

We had issues with the hot water. We tried contacting host with no response. After a day of not hearing from them, my husband figured out how to re-boot the system. Water pressure is low (not much a host can do about that) but at least we did not have to heat water to wash up like we did the first day. This would not be a problem if the host left instructions on how to fix this if it happens to you.

This is a great location in a large apartment. The apartment was very spacious, had excellent heat options (too cold for AC while we were there so can't comment) and a complete kitchen. (We didn't do any cooking, but did use kitchen for continental breakfast and snacks. It looked like we could have cooked) Ronda is just outside your door. There is a Dia grocery store a block away. Parking is off site, but we knew that and didn't mind. If you want to be right in the center of Ronda, you need to expect to park in a nearby parking garage. There is no long term street parking that close in. We were thankful for the spot in the garage. There was good directions on how to get there.

Very little water pressure in the shower and the faucets. The water wasn’t quite hot enough. There were some small ants in the kitchen so we had to put everything in the refrigerator. The bed was very saggy.

We stayed here because parking was included. Good location. Large apartment and a good heater. The WiFi worked well.

Parking lot is four blocks from apartment, takes 10 minutes walk apx. Please be aware police not allow to parking in front of the building to drop off the baggage. Check in was difficult, host did not provide information on time, interaction with owner was really poor, he did not provide information how to use facilities. Hot water must be activated manually and is quite limited.

Great Location, apartment is really spacious, clean, all facilities available, quite convenient for families. I can recomend this place for some days off in Ronda.

I was skeptical due to the reviews but it was awesome!!!! Great location, we were in the city center and very near to every touristic attractions, super spacious, comfortable beds, very good shower, and the free parking 350 m all was a great surprise. The Mountain View from kitchen on the breakfast was very cozy, and even it was 5 degrees outside it felt very warm inside. The beautiful furnitures was a plus!

The kitchen's window lock system was broken. 2. Very could in appartament, heating system is not work properly and heating centrale was unsafe with improvisations. 3. The doorknob broken 4. Not trash baskets in bathrooms. 5. Bathrooms cleaned improperly and missing sealing around of the bathroom accessories. 6. Missing communication with apartament owner. His attitude when we communicated the problems was very unprofessional: he told us around 7pm to leave the flat

We arrived before 3 pm and the welcome could have been a bit more friendly. We understand that the apartment was just in the cleaning but I would expect a bit more understanding for a tired traveller. Instead of saying - I sent you email that you can check from 3 pm, we could hear: “ the room is not ready, but leave your staff, park the car and get a lunch before setting in, no problem with early arrival” This took some pushing to get a key to park a car. Another strange thing was : no warm water in the house at all. Cold shower this morning.

What we loved the most are the exceptional views from the apartment. Don’t forget to open the kitchen windows to see the sun sink behind the hills. From your bedroom you can admire the sunrise. The bedrooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment has a private free parking 4 min walk from the location.
