The floor was a bit dirty, I selected a large double bed and received two small beds, which was fixed by a topper. Also, the bedroom window was close to the kitchen window of a neighbouring apartment, where they cooked with strong odours and talked loudly.

The apartment I received was spacious, well equipped for longer stays (washing machine, ironing board, fridge), close to metro, bus, parks, and Sagrada Familia.

The check-in process was quite high-tech and took some time to understand. At first, I didn't read the email or message that contained instructions for accessing the room, but once I did and followed the host's guidance, it was cool and we were able to get in without any issues. Overall, there was a bit of hassle because we didn't follow the instructions clearly, but once we sorted that out, everything was perfect.

There were noisy people checked in next to out room, and it seemed they were having a party. We could hear the noise everywhere in the apartment.

Staff are very welcoming and provided assistance once needed. Room is clean and tidy and can perfectly fit 3 person. I can recommend the space for small family when visiting Barcelona as it is close to main attractions. Definitely will come back!

The tv started in the midle of the night and scared us. We had some issues when we arrived cuz we didnd received earlier the link to pay the city tax and we had to wait for it in front of the building. Also, the link that i first got from the person was 4.000 euros not 40 euros as it was supposed to be.

Some facilities could be maintained better, example : the rusty kettle & coffee maker. And the kitchen hood sometimes doesn’t function.

It’s my third time staying in Ainb. We arrived there on Sunday evening and one of us felt terribly ill and the room was located ground floor with stairs to climb. Cynthia helped us upgrading the apartment right away until the end of reservations without further questions. The apartment felt like home away from home, well equipped and very comfortable. Walking distance to many tourist spot yet a quiet place to stay, I can even do laundry!

Great location in walking distance from number of tourists attractions, but still in not very busy area, we were actually surprise, that the area was quite. Comfortable bed, kitchen equipped well for even longer stay.

From UK the fire safety wasn't there! No alarms / extinguishers / internal bedroom. Above property soil pipe boxed in above bed so hear overnight flushes / showers. Asked for single beds but got king.

Easy on phone to access property. Was great to have fridge / freezer and shop just opposite. Easy walk to Metro and Sagrada Familia. Nice bottle of wine on arrival. Good shower. Air con.

I arrived at a place approximately at 9 p.m. on Sunday. I got the instructions on how to open the front door and the door of the apartments via mail a day before my arrival. But the apartment that the hotel gave me was occupied. I started calling them, but no one picked up. I was alone in the new country, almost at night time and very stressed as I had no apartment and was very tired after a long trip. Finally, the security guy picked up, promising to come to the hotel in twenty minutes, but it did not happen at all. After waiting for more than an hour I finally got the new code via WhatsApp to enter another apartment.

A large and spacious apartment fully equipped in very good condition in a quiet area.

The couch in the living room made as a bed was slightly uncomfy.

Perfect location, very cozy apartment with living room, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. It was just 15mins by feet to Sagrada Familia, 8mins to subway Arc de Triomf. There’s a little bakery just 2mins from the apt with really great pastry. We liked our stay a lot! The employees were very helpful and forthcoming. There was also a little surprise prepared just for us in the room.

We had some loud neighbors/other guests from another apartment, but I guess that was a coincidence to be in the same time there with them.

The apartment looks exactly like in the photos, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's located near a subway station and bus station, so you can move easily in every direction you need, also to the airport. You can find a lot of groceries stores, bakeries near the location. We enjoyed our 4 nights stay here.
