Couldn’t get a kitchen sink stopper and we were not supplied with dishwasher tablets. Most apartments we’ve stayed in are equipped with everything for the kitchen.

For an Aparthotel in an area of Spain that is facing a drought and water shortages I was amazed that there were no plugs provided for the bathroom basin or the kitchen sink. It is therefore expected that you shave and wash your dishes in running water. What a waste! The microwave was old and the interior had chipped paint. The turntable also did not function. The mixer tap over the kitchen sink was very loose and wobbly. Both these issues were reported to reception and I hope resolved before the next check in to this apartment. Surely a toaster is a basic item in a self catering kitchen. I fail to see why this has to be especially requested and a deposit paid.

If you have a car this is a very comfortable, spacious and convenient location for a visit to Valencia and L’Albufera. It is possible to get free street parking fairly close to the station which is one stop into Valencia Nord. There is a selection of restaurants within an easy walk and the free underground parking is very useful. There is also a choice of supermarkets nearby if you are self catering.

The kitchen wasn't very clean 😕 There were food leftovers on plates, pots and cutlery. Also in the fridge. Bread crumbs in drawers. Cooking residue on counters. Also there weren't any sponge for washing the dishes and the one kitchen towel smelled really bad.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and nice. The apartment was spacious ( two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen). Everything was clean (except the kitchen!) Breakfast was served in the hotel across the street - it was ok (enough different food and beverages).

One has to leave the kitchen clean, otherwise 20 euros will be charged.

The apartment had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, which made it perfect for our stay. (3 adults 1 baby). There were plenty space, the roo s were comfortable and clean.

We booked a loft room expecting a room that would be on top floor but it was on the first floor and was a disabled room. Room was nice but not what it looked liked in the photos.

Good location and easy taxi journey to València. Quiet location and decent breakfast.

The restaurant was so aweful we went elsewhere. In fact the Italian restaurant is the go! The distance to Valencia males this not a good choice fpr tourists.

Clean big amd extremely well apportioned rooms. Big baths 2 large TV's a kitchen and living room male them excellent value. The staff were great

Only downside was the third bed was not ready, so we had to prepare the sofa, but linens and all, so for us it was hard after long day driving at 23h. Breakfast is high level, however, the cheap 'instant coffee' from the coffee maker was little disappointment.

Except the location, little far from the centre if you don't have a car, but by car super reach from the autovia. The apartment was enormously huge, we couldn't believe it. All clean, new and breakfast buffet style.
